I had a pleasant stay! The front desk staff was friendly & very helpful! CLEAN & GREAT location!

Me and my husband was in town for a overnight trip for a concert. Great location staff very friendly area was safe and quiet. Breakfast next day was perfect to start the day off before traveling home. Definitely will stay again price was in our budget.

The agent at front desk who checked us in was so attentive and kind and speedy! The hotel was quiet and everything was in order. EASY EASY EASY to check in and get to our room and get to the concert we came to Philadelphia to see.

Our room had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and not just a small area but a good part of the ceiling. the TV remote did not work. There was no ice machine on our floor it had been taken out. The breakfast area for the food needs more area. People bumping into one another. The breakfast was not kept stock both milks were empty. The only good thing was the receptionist named Melissa. Also the price of the room was expensive compared to the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in the night before in Bessemer, AL.

We stayed in for 6 hours made a complaint about the room was told to close the curtains and maybe the room would cool didn’t accommodate or move us to a new room until 6 hours later the hotel smell like bad sewage did have enough sheets and pillow stay was horrible i would never book there again this was a horrible experience

The room was not what I expected… no extra blankets and pillows… for a room that supposedly sleep 4 a king size bed and a couch (not a let out bed). The smell could be a little better… but the guys in the kitchen… with the breakfast was excellent and very nice…

We stayed 2 nights. The first night our room stayed a warm even after attempting to turn the AC warm. After I notified the front desk, they offered a different room that was terrific for the 2nd night. Overall best hotel property to the local Philadelphia area.

It was enjoyable and comfortable. Latin was very nice and professional upon checkin and the young lady upon checkout on Nov 5 went above and beyond.

Very nice and clean rooms, bathroom. Lobby is clean and low to moderate noise from basically the hotel itself. Excellent parking. Hot breakfast!! Very good choice.
