Flight got cancelled so couldnt show up and had to cancel same day. Not trying to get a cash refund but just trying to move the reservation to another time. Got run-around. Why cant it be simple, for a multiple repeat customer. Hertz made it easy with the car. If you put a hotel in the airport, you should take the good with the bad... i cancelled but Im sure this time and many others, Marriott benefits from stranded passengers, and resells my room at higher rates. Come on Marriott, you want to take my $ at the cost of aggravating a regular repeat customer? Only takes one more booking from me to get a 100 percent return on your kindness. Instead you cheapen your brand, and lose a customer. The only yhing I'll misd is the beautiful lady at the front desk with the georgeous high fashion outfits and the big vertical hair! Mtgese better cheesteaks less than two miles away, for half the price than your restaurant.

Lamento decir que le pague por una noche la estadía a mi hermana y ella no llevaba una tarjeta de crédito para pagar 50 dólares que le exigían después de pago total de la habitación para poder ingresar y ella ofreció en efectivo y no aceptaron, ella coloco la tarjeta d esos esposo y al cabo de una horas el esposo se da cuenta que su tarjeta había sido usada y la llamo, se encontraba dormida y baja a la recepción para recalar efectivamente le dijeron que la habían usado porque habían usado el Nunero de su habitación para una orden d comida, ellos son abusivos no me parece que no le permitan la entrada a una persona si no tiene tarjeta y ya se había pagado la habitación en su totalidad, fue grosero la persona que la atendió no lo recomiendo ese hotel usan las tarjetas para otro fin.

There is one restaurant on site and the menu is not updated. Items on the menu are not available and the server said that the items that I wanted have not been available for a very long time. The check in clerk was very rude and seemed to be inconvenienced with myself as well as my associate when we were trying to check into our rooms. We were not offered any information on amenities etc. The most pleasant and helpful of the staff was the woman that worked in the gift shop. With it being only a one-night trip so that we could catch our flight on time, I did not unpack my bags. To my disappointment from doing this, there was no hair conditioner in the room shower. The allergens in my room were extremely high due to dander and I had a sinus headache the entire time I was in the room which did not clear up until I was in the airport itself.
