Flight got cancelled so couldnt show up and had to cancel same day. Not trying to get a cash refund but just trying to move the reservation to another time. Got run-around. Why cant it be simple, for a multiple repeat customer. Hertz made it easy with the car. If you put a hotel in the airport, you should take the good with the bad... i cancelled but Im sure this time and many others, Marriott benefits from stranded passengers, and resells my room at higher rates. Come on Marriott, you want to take my $ at the cost of aggravating a regular repeat customer? Only takes one more booking from me to get a 100 percent return on your kindness. Instead you cheapen your brand, and lose a customer.
The only yhing I'll misd is the beautiful lady at the front desk with the georgeous high fashion outfits and the big vertical hair!
Mtgese better cheesteaks less than two miles away, for half the price than your restaurant.
