一切都很好,不幸的是,我無法聯繫房間的主人,如果不知道房間號,保安不會進入。進入建議先找到房間信息,房間號是多少。帶上圖片給保安人員看公寓,這會很奇怪。有點沒有入住,我自己知道房間後,所以我不需要聯繫前台。但是其他都很好。任何需要感謝保安大哥,很可愛,儘量幫忙找預定的房間。

Of all the times we have stayed in Khao Yai, this was the best hotel we have stayed in. It's just a beautiful property with so much space and greenery to it. The staff we fabulous and so helpful every one of them - right from the time we checked in until we checked out. The hotel is well spread out and tucked away in a more far out area (a vehicle is a must); we took a triple bed and it was so spacious with a little pond overlooking our balcony. There are two pools but the one in the main area is gorgeous..there is a gym and many activities for the kids or they can just run around. The theme is books so you will find a lot of books all over the place. The only downside is the breakfast which was disheartening..not.a.very large spread. Else, if we ever go back to Khao yai, I doubt we will chose any other hotel..

在這個區域算性價比很好了。早餐豐富，服務員不會中文，會英文的也不多。住這裏一定要有車去附近玩都需要開車。酒店房間很大，設施有些舊，我們其中有個房間熱水不好，叫人弄了兩次也沒有弄好，還好泰國很熱，有沒有熱水也不重要。總的來講還是滿意！

Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool. But room is a bit small and many staff with limited English. Dinner was disastrous, only 1 restaurant in the resort and they asked us to view the menu by scanning the QR code, but actually only 1 starter available plus 6-7 main courses to pick from. The menu also doesn’t change everyday, might as well just print it out to save customers’ time and effort scanning. Had pad thai and steak for dinner. The prawn in the pad Thai doesn’t taste fresh, we asked for medium for the steak but it was raw in the middle. Taste was not good. If u are planning to stay here for few days and not planning to dine outside, good luck. U might ended up starving since the menu for in-room dining is exactly the same. However I have to say the breakfast was pretty good, omelette was done well, with fresh side dishes and homemade yogurt etc to choose from.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. And shoutout to all the travelers you must read this review! I’ve been there on11-12/12/22. The room rate was very high 4,000 ฿/room and I book 3 rooms for my family! I was requested for welcome cake for my family in each room but it was denied. I understood that they provided only birthday and anniversary. But it was my 2nd time there that I took my family for holiday trip. I called to MNG to provide my parents a welcome cake with the words welcome…..family . The request was accepted! When I checked in and got to the room. I found out that it was anniversary cake with my boyfriend’s name on it and flowers decorations. I understood their misunderstanding. It was fine:) my parents room was found the bugs in room. I told the girl who drove us from lobby to room before we got out. After we came back the bugs still in the room lol . What a fxxking 5 stars hotel!!! My parents took it out by themselves. At night , we asked for water and amenity and it took more than 30 mis to get. one of my room was air con water leaking on midnight they moved one of my room to villa .Every alphabets that I was wrote was in their line but only read it but no reply. In the morning, one of mng met us at lobby and gave us a promise to get us a complementary night to come back but you know from December 2022 to March 2023 their process takes so long .I didn’t get anything from their bad service. This was a very worse 2nd visit ever ! I think I won’t stay in PERI hotel anymore! I will give all the feedback that I got to all the travelers in every platform. Thanks PERI but no thanks anymore ! Never and ever again!!
