舒適套房飯店(Comfort Hotel & Suites)

Check-in was quick. Front desk staff efficient but not overly welcoming. A smile and a welcome would have been nice. LOL We were advised where to park and to use the side entry to access our room. However, the side door access was a nightmare. Another patron finally came and let us in. Key cards were totally useless. The person who let us in told us that the door was finicky and always difficult to access. At the side entrance there wasn't any ramp area to roll your bags up or down. Just a curb. So that was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Keep it in mind if you have mobility issues. Use the front entrance. The room was decent but the carpet was HORRENDOUS. VERY old, looked dirty and smelled like dirty feet. UGH!!!! smell was overwhelming every time you entered the room. Beds were super comfy. Pillows were perfect. Blankets were thin. I looked for a spare blanket but there wasn't any in the room. The shower pressure was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was decent. Staff working the breakfast area were super. Smiling, happy, friendly and helpful. Totally made the morning. The coffee was HORRIBLE but it seems that most hotels do the same nescafe powdered coffee out of the machine. I went for tea instead. Hot breakfast options were nice. Hot tub was closed which was disappointing. For the extra price paid it's not worth returning. I prefer the homey atmosphere at the Super 8 and friendly staff.

Concerned about pet friendly hotel. Our room had a distinct odour about it. Staff was great and called to see if we needed assistance shortly upon arrival . It was timely as the tv remote wasn’t working and they quickly replaced it.

Very clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are perfectly clean and great temps. Have a Kelsey's restaurant attached to it is a bonus.

Unfortunately it was the room itself that lead to a lower rating. The view around the building isn’t scenic as is but our window opened up to a red brick wall and garbage bins. I’m glad we we’re travelling more for purpose because that’s a bit disappointing.

was not easy to find. The sign was not obvious. The attached restaurant was convenient and had good food. Rooms were clean and functional Good value for the money

Hotel was cozy and comfortable, close to everything, even beside a restaurant. Breakfast is good as well.

We stayed while there was a hockey tournament in town. The staff were very busy but still did an excellent job with service. Breakfast was absolutely packed but the food was always hot and they refilled as necessary. Despite the chaos of the hockey kids, the staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.
