Wow what a fantastic hotel comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Staff are fantastic made the hotel great Lina,Peter,Donna and Alex superb very helpful and truly appreciated 👏 5 star 🌟 The restaurant was lovely and spacious clean and tidy and well maintained by the above superstar staff. Highly recommended

Ideal location. Looking all fresh and new still. Not many staff about but luckily didn’t need anyone for anything. Car parking a bit pricey for Peterborough but it’s ok for one night if needed. Lovely setting close to the river for a walk. We didn’t eat here with it being so close to choices in town.

Lovely stay at the Premier Inn Peterborough Central. My first solo trip with my little girl, really positive and gives me the confidence to travel again. We arrived early and were greeted by the lovely Donna who welcomed us. Room was everything we needed with a comfy bed and plenty of space. We prebooked the meal deal and had a lovely meal in the restaurant (thanks to Leanne and Alex), Lina was very understanding with my daughter’s fussy eating and made us feel really welcome. Super convenient location for a visit to Peterborough Cathedral, city centre shops and across the road from the lido. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent service from the whole team. Great food and friendly staff. Special mention to Lina, Donna and Karl nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean and fresh just what you expect from Premier Inn. Lots of parking and in a very convenient position. Will stay again.

Can't fault this hotel. Team members were very good. Food was very nice, especially the evening meal. The on-site car parking isn't good, but I had read the reviews about this before arrival so went straight to the public car park across the road. Paid £8.30 for 19hrs stay. I would advise anyone coming in their car to do this because you have to pay £12 each time you leave the Premier Inn car park.

Clean and comfortable room, great service in the restaurant and great food centrally located. The was served and presented very well hot and as ordered the restaurant was very bright and clean even the wine glass sparkled Lina & Leanna thank you!

The reason for staying this hotel was the Cathedral. It is only a few minutes by foot and well worth it. The hotel itself is very near the city centre and train station. Good breakfast, clean room and very good service!

The staff are super friendly, the rooms and public areas are well kept, the car parking is very convenient, and breakfast has a good selection of options. I tend to opt for a Premier Plus room as it offers a little more comfort but the ordinary rooms are nice too

We had a great stay on 14th June, the team Lina, Donna and Arun looked after us really well considering the levels of staff versus number of customers and Arun really stepped up considering he was thrown in the deep end with Chef duties! Thanks for enjoyable stay and would definitely return.
