Yes, the building is new—but behind the shiny exterior is a deeply mismanaged and unsafe operation, especially under the Mana-Mana operator, who showed zero care for guest well-being.
They routinely switch off most of the lifts, including the newer ones, even during peak check-in and check-out hours. Out of 6 lifts, only 2–3 were working. I personally got stuck in the lift lobby for more than 45 minutes, with many other guests just watching the lifts go up and down—jammed and completely full every time.
❗️The most terrifying part is this:
What if there was a fire, or a medical emergency?
The building has no working emergency lift system during these times, no staff to assist, and no clear evacuation plan. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s downright dangerous.
When we complained to Mana-Mana, they pushed the blame to the building management. When we reached out to building management, they simply didn’t care—because they don’t face customers directly. No apology. No urgency. No accountability.
⚠️ It feels like they are more interested in cutting costs—perhaps saving on electricity—than protecting the safety and dignity of their guests.
👉 If they truly cared, they would re-evaluate their safety procedures, invest in guest experience, and stop compromising safety just to save pennies.
💥 Until that happens, I strongly urge anyone:
Do NOT stay here under Mana-Mana.
It’s not worth the low price if it comes with frustration, danger, and a complete lack of responsibility.
