The room was small but otherwise quite nice. The breakfast, however, was disappointing. The first morning, there were no pastries or bagels to take back to your sleeping partner. In order to get a complete cup of coffee the process was: 1. Hunt for coffee cups, find them at the lobby coffee station, and bring some back for the other guests who are also looking for cups. 2. Back in the food area, get your cup of coffee. 3. No creamer! That was also back in the lobby. The second morning there were bagels but the toaster was all messed up because some kid was playing with the knobs while the parents looked on. (That's bad parenting and not the hotel's fault.) There was a sign referring to fresh baked items but I didn't see them on either morning. There is no casual seating anywhere on the first floor except for the breakfast area, which was off limits after breakfast because they put the chairs on top of the tables. Why is that necessary? Why not have some tables set up for people to sit at during the day? They may be doing a renovation in a few months but that doesn't do any good for the people who are there until then. There's a Chili's in the parking lot which was very busy so call ahead to put your name in. There's a Chinese buffet within walking distance which was OK and with very friendly staff.
