龐託飯店(Residenza il Punto)

Bel posto, bella vista, camere molto carine, ammodernate, ottima colazione, anche all’aperto. Signora gentile e disponibile. Prezzo un po’ alto, ma anche gli altri hotel, probabilmente per l’Eurochocolate…

Luogo incantevole, servizio e gentilezza dello staff eccellenti. Camere molto confortevoli. Unico neo: letto decisamente non all'altezza della struttura. Materasso scomodissimo e doghe peggiori. Se investono su qualcosa che fa decisamente la differenza, in un soggiorno di questo tipo diventerà una prima scelta tutte le volte che volessimo tornare in umbria.

Ottima e gradevolissima esperienza, a due passi dal centro di Perugia. lo consiglio vivamente per la pulizia, l'ospitalità e il panorama. La struttura è molto carina nel gusto e confortevole negli spazzi.

Tip top Unterkunft. War super

Helaas een slecht verblijf gehad. Geen geluidsisolatie, geen minibar/koelkast, onpersoonlijk ontvangst, vies meubilair (hierdoor permanente vlekken op mijn kleding gekregen) en locatie ook niet top. Er liep een buis boven de kamer die de hele dag en nacht klinkt alsof er een droger aanstaat. Buiten op het terras is dat nog harder hoorbaar, waardoor je niet buiten wil zitten.

Zum Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 35 Minuten durch Gassen, die man abends besser meiden sollte. Zimmer mit schlechtem Geruch. Drahtgestellbett, dass zu keinem erholsamen Schlaf beiträgt. Frühstück nur in Plastikverpackung und nicht ansprechend. Hof ungepflegt.

Residenza il Punto is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Serene, beautiful, clean, and staff are really good at taking care of visitors. Beautiful visit to a beautiful place in Italy’s Umbria, Perugia. Highly recommend this hotel.

We needed a comfortable place to spend a night en route from Firenze to Gubbio. We found Il Punto online and we’re very glad we did. The location is superb - easy to get to, with fabulous views across the valley, and a short walk from the upper levels of Perugia’s Centro Storico, allowing gentle meanders down to the main piazzas and back up again(or, if you’re lazy like us, a short cab ride). Check in and out was fun and made more so by staff fluent in not just Italian and English, but also French and Arabic. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished and all had terraces with impossibly lovely views across the valley. Breakfast was delicious we left very sad to be going and wishing we could stay another night. One to return to. You won’t find better or better value lodgings in Perugia.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room is large and very clean, with a nice size balcony, and comfy bed. Smallish shower but big enough and the water pressure was very good. The views across the countryside are spectacular and we never tired of looking out across the scenery. The position is very convenient for walking into town - about 10-15 min via multiple interesting routes - especially liked walking along the old aquaduct. Friendly staff. Note there are no tea making facilities so worth thinking about taking your own. There is a great little wine bar near by further up the road, Il Tempo, that is run by a nice old couple and we'll worth a visit for a great variety of wines. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.
