"斯納布魯法尼大酒店是意大利千年古城佩魯賈的五星級酒店，位居老城中心區，環境絕對一級棒！尤其三樓露台，各種手繪桌面色彩斑斕！四下望去，新老城區輪廊線分明，早上山上山間山下教堂鐘聲餘音裊裊，令人心靜自然涼，間或有風琴聲若隱若現，不禁令人心馳神往…… 但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！ 首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）"

"佩魯賈是我們這次自駕從佛羅倫薩到羅馬過路經停的一座山城，遇到了這間BW的温暖的酒店，非常超出預期，對於自駕的小夥伴們很合適，如果不自駕就不建議了，BW的服務一如既往的熱情，給我們在地圖上標註了去老城收費停車場的位置，還給我們準備了燒水壺和袋茶，地下停車場免費，很給力！"

"Congratulations! What an extraodanary experience. Fine hospitality, family hotel and restaurant, great gastronomy, fine service, open for youngsters and children. We had dinner at Cedri Ristorante. Arriving at the gate we had to announce ourselves, after hearing that we were expected, we started a ride of 800 meters and arrived at the castle, drove to the entry where we left the car, which has been driven to the parking by the concierge. This hotel and restaurant has it all. Beautifully, properly and state of the art dressed at the reception, the waitstaff, maître d’hotel, sommelier, concierge the adventure could begin. Friendly and cheerful service. The interior & design is new and shows a modern design combined with respect for the class of ancient times. We were guided at the terasse for the aperitive with view at the garden and the Lake, we could see through the trees. Eventhough temperature went up to 36C today, we enjoyed the slight brease and a fresh moment due to the trees and the screens that protect the terasse against the heat. Large winelist and separate list of aperitives. We took the tasting menu at the terasse with two adapted excuisite wines from the Umbria region. Nicely dressed table, fine wineglasses, our discovery continued. Fine flavours and textures gave a recognisable classic and creative mediterrane cuisine without exaggetation. What a lovely and harmonious evening for my wife, our 4 youngsters and myself. We enjoyed it in all its aspects. Congratulations for this masterpiece in hospitality which started already days before with the cheerful confirmation. Thank you!"

"飯店非常乾淨溫馨，還設有餐廳。早餐很豐盛，但味道不太好。餐廳的晚餐有點令人失望；我們兩人花了97.50歐元（一份開胃菜拼盤、兩塊肉、兩份配菜、一杯葡萄酒和兩杯利口酒），但還是很餓！份量真的太小了！"

"Liked · Beautiful and stylish art-deco style hotel with modern touches, and you can feel that it's newly renovated. The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of Perugia and right in the main shopping street leading up to the main town square. The overall ambiance in this hotel is great! Breakfast was very good, with many fresh options to choose from and a very nicely and dreamy decorated breakfast room. We really enjoyed the fact that you could have breakfast up untill 11.00 o'clock, as this gives you the opportunity to sleep in if you like to. The restaurant waiting staff was also very kind and welcoming. The room is spacious enough and very clean. We got some local chocolates as a welcome gift, and the room came with one complementary water bottle a day. There was also a clothes steamer in the room which was quite nice, as clothes can come out of the suitcase quite wrinkled. Disliked · During check-in, we were said to be given a free room upgrade. However, when arriving in the room, I could not see what the upgrade was as this appeared to be the exact room type that we booked. Still a great room though! We knew this when booking in advance but a small minus when travelling by car is that this hotel has no private parking. However, you could use public parking Piazza Partigiani down the hill, which is only a small walk and can be reached in 5-10 minutes by taking about 5 escalators. The AC in the room was a bit strong, as it was pointed right onto the bed. As we had a room on one of the high floors, the room heat up quite fast. Also, the room came with an enormous terrace but there was no outdoor furniture."

"At first glance, the bed in the room allocated to us appeared spacious; but it was just two worn out single mattresses shoved together. One mattress had a significant dip; it should have been thrown away a long time ago. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor -unfortunately I did not bring my ground mat and sleeping bag. The shower cubicle was a little shabby with some tile grouting discolouration. The toilet pan had a degree of scratching/staining - probably limescale. I could not find one English speaking tv channel -so this is not an International hotel in that sense. There was often noise from the reception area and from the bar space until around midnight or 1am. The road was not busy, but due to the hotel's proximity to the road, traffic noise was a further disturbance throughout the nights."
