福爾圖納飯店(Hotel Fortuna)

Stanza pessima: mansardata, obbligati a star piegati per non picchiare la testa (anche in bagno); mobili vecchissimi, pulizia decente, finestre piccole. Nonostante questo l'hotel nasconde parti molto belle ed antiche (una stupenda sala lettura al terzo piano, la sala colazioni, un balcone comune con tavolo e sedie, la facciata esterna ricoperta d'edera) ma come suggerisce il nome serve molta Fortuna riguardo la stanza. Colazione buona, non buonissima (contando anche che era pagata a parte). Personale gentile e molto disponibile, questo sì. Eventuali lettini o culle per bambini piccoli a pagamento. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Di sicuro la posizione è eccezionale, praticamente in centro, ma da contare anche che essendo vicina a locali e ristoranti ci sarà parecchio rumore di sera e notte. Attenzione a raggiungere l'hotel in auto, perché per uscire poi dalla zona si passa attraverso strade strettissime. In definitiva comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi, ma decisamente troppo costoso per la stanza vecchia e decrepita che ci hanno rifilato (e di cui non mostrano alcuna foto online).

Es un hotel magnífico en el centro histórico de Perugia. El hotel es un edificio histórico del siglo XIII y sus habitaciones conservan su estado original. El desayuno incluido fue sustancioso y un aspecto destacado.

Albergo storico nel pieno centro di Perugia, tutto bene il soggiorno , uniche considerazioni camere iper calde (non siamo riusciti ad abbassare la temperatura) .

Fabulous location, in the middle Perugia old town. The parking is about 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean with spacious rooms and bathrooms. breakfast buffet has many choices.

Stayed one night. Our room was lovely with a balcony and all the amenities you would need. Terrace isn’t open currently which is a shame. Decor is very beautiful and the breakfast was great. Staff were more than helpful and even gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Situé au cœur de la vieille ville haute de Pérouse, dans une ruelle calme, ce bel établissement labyrinthique est bien tenu et décoré avec goût. Une terrasse offre une vue panoramique saisissante, et l'on peut se détendre dans un magnifique salon à fresques anciennes. Notre chambre au dernier étage était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Les équipements ne sont pas de la dernière fraîcheur, mais c'est le charme qui de loin l'emporte. La salle des déjeuners est vaste et agréable, même si l'ambiance n'était pas au rendez-vous, chacun étant dans sa bulle. Le choix était restreint et une seule personne faisait de son mieux pour assurer le service. L'accueil est bon et l'atmosphère charmante générale de l'hôtel nous a fait passer un excellent séjour.

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre historique. Petit déjeuner très correct dans une très belle salle. Chambre propre. Mobilier un peu daté. Le seul hic est l’insonorisation des chambres.

Really fantastic location and staff really helpful. Definitely not accessible for people with a disability. Shower has no door and water control was problematic running hot water on feet. There were two breakfast settings. The first is far superior as the second setting ran out of some of the food options. Wifi was very patchy.
