La limpieza y la habitacion estuvieron bien. El servicio de la señora en recepcion tambien. Lo unico son los alrededores

El trato del personal totalmente inadecuado y con poco respeto.

Wonderful experience. Very nice experience. Friendly helpful and considerate reception. Most important CLEAN and pleasant room. Very happy we chose this hotel. Thank you.

Nasty The floors were wood flooring and our dog spilled water on the floor and I had to use the towel to wipe it up and when I was done the towel was black the floors don't get cleaned. Then the bathtub is about to fall through the floor.

The property was in disrepair. The pool hadn’t been repaired in quite some time, the ice maker had an “out of order” sign on it. The room, however, was decent. Th e towels were definitely not top grade, but they sufficed. Okay for the money.

Checking was easy and they did put both of my rooms next to each other and on the bottom floor as requested. The room on the other hand was dirty. The sheets were not changed from the last people as we found hair and a napkin that said if you’re finding this note the sheets were not changed stuffed in the pillow case. There was also hair and other debris in the sink and bathroom floors. I was lucky I had brought my own blankets and Lysol wipes
