Отдыхала в отеле с ребёнком в августе 2018 .Номер убитый.Кондиционер платный 9 евро в сутки, причём об этом никто не предупреждает.Питание однообразное, но сытное.До моря идти минут 10 Возле отеля много кафе и магазинов.У бассейна бар не работает, лежаков на всех не хватает и постоянно обитают местные, оставляя после себя бардак

Lovely family run complex. Helpful , friendly , absolutely spotless. Close to the beach , supermarkets and bus stop. This place caters for all ages . Great food in the bar and entertainment by Maz who involves everyone . The waiters are great and make you feel at home . . Cant wait to go back .Great value for money . I can honestly say this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in, it’s a family run hotel and they are the most lovely people, the family go out of their way to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay and go above and beyond for their guests, I was a solo traveller and did not venture to far from the hotel so ate there most nights and the food was amazing, very tasty and well presented…worth every penny, all the bar staff were so friendly and engaging with the customers and the DJ was brilliant played great music and knew how to get the crowd going, a hotel that has something for everyone, the only negative was having to go home!! Will definitely return in the future, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible place. Poor hygiene, no cooking facilities and £200 for air con extra on arrival, which we were not pre warned about. Unclean pool and maid service was virtually non existent. Would not recommend and will never return!

We stayed in room 232 the room was excellent very clean the staff were friendly and helpful the pool was of need of an update which I believe is to be done in the near future This was a great location and will be back next year we had a great time Brian and Julie Newcastle

Needs updating, barman Stas & Demetra lovely friendly knew our drinks not great measures though, pool almost too ourselves good overall.taxi into Protaras 10eu quite busy good choice saw a MJ tribute was fab.

With the exception of the friendly sister, and the waiter in this bar, this family run business is an absolute shambles. The brothers are surly and rude almost coming to blows in the restaurant, they really have no business working in the hospitality industry. The rooms are basic, no television. Exposed to the noise of the main *****. The cleaners clean every other day. The air-conditioning costs an extra €10 euro a night which seems excessive . No breakfast is included. The breakfast available is poor quality and overpriced and nothing before 8pm. There is a constant smell of drains around the pool. There is little to no customer service. Nobody to help with bags. The nephew rudely waved in the general direction of my room instead of escorting me to it. I could go on I won’t.

This is one of the best hotel apartments that we have ever stayed in. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and also had a great view at this location. There was a nice pool. The breakfast and food were also very delicious. Nice hotel apartment at a very affordable price.
