We had a great stay at the Four Points. It was a last minute booking as a previous hotel had fallen through. Staff were so kind and attentive and really helped us get what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the microwave and fridge were great touches. We were near a lift which was quite noisy throughout the night. And for the price of the rooms I think it should include breakfast to compensate for having such a tiny swimming pool. Otherwise a great stay in good location. I’d definitely recommend.

The hotel had a restaurant and lounge but we could not use lounge because they had it fully reserved at 4:30 in afternoon. When we came back from concert it was closed. Would never book this hotel again

Very noisy. Thin walls. Thin floors.
Before I start, I need to say that the service was fantastic. The staff was great. The facilities were clean and inviting.
The building structure was TERRIBLE. The walls and floors are so thin, you can hear the person 3 floors up, cough or flush the toilet. The wall vibrate when someone walks down the hall. Real shame. Please do not stay here. They really messed up with the construction on this one. Unbelievably bad.

Ein gutes Stop over Hotel in Penticton
Wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Für einen Stop over ganz o.k. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern aber nicht sehr geräumig. Ein Manko: Es gab nur 2 Plastik-Becher für Kaltgetränke oder für‘s Zähneputzen und 2 Papp-Kaffeebecher. Das fanden wir nicht sehr gut und vor allem nicht umweltfreundlich. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war o.k. Es muss unbedingt reserviert werden. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Allerdings zu wenig Sonnenschirme! Die Seepromenade ist fussläufig in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar.

It's a brand new property, one year old, well maintained.
Our room had the water view, however, the street noise could be heard the room, quite loud.
We had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions, the food is good, priced well. The second time we ate, we ordered our food, but had to wait for close to a hour to be served. It was a busy Saturday, however, they should
have been prepared due to the car show. Not acceptable. Staff at the front desk and at the hotel are excellent.

The hotel is very nice. The cleaning staff was not up to par. We didn’t get our room cleaned two times out of 4 nights. We didn’t get our coffee bar replenished, we had to ask them to do it. The food at the restaurant and at the patio restaurant was great.
