This is the nicest hotel imaginable. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and so attractive. Bed is most comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Lobby is inviting and comfortable. But the best of all is a person named Emily who took time to Fedex me my laptop that I left in the room at check out. She was so professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to get it sent back to me. I would rather stay at a place like this than the Ritz!!

This was an overall wonderful stay… The hotel was Nice and Clean.The Front Desk was very friendly and they had Hot Breakfast and Yolanda was very attentive to our needs. This hotel is in the right location and it has slot of different Restaurants you can walk to… This was a wonderful stay!

Love this place! Bed was clean shower was nice and hot cleaning ladies gave us what we needed there is. A gym with workout area and fire pit on side. Breakfast is small but there and offers basics will surely stay here again. I love how they let our puppy stay and love to see other dogs walking around. Great hotel go there!

Let me start with the positive… The people at the front desk were so kind. Really pleasant and welcoming. It makes me uncomfortable writing this review (given how lovely some of the employees are), but given the high rating for the property I was really surprised at the state that it is in, and didn’t want others to be disappointed. Completely outdated, lumpy, mushy bed, coffee pot that didn’t work, stained wallpaper in the bathroom and grungy shower and toilet. The gym has extremely dated cardio equipment. If you’re a Marriott person, I don’t really know where to tell you to stay because there aren’t great options in this area. Also, I stayed here because it was titled “downtown”. and you would still need to drive to get to the downtown area. Bummer.

We stayed 5 weeks with our 3 dogs. There are more negatives than positive. Positive, lots of grass for dogs. Negative, Door handle would stick so had to run card, pull up handle & forcefully open the door all at the same time it was very different & loud. Breakfast was only fresh and tasty Wednesday and Thursday’s. Room was not cleaned before we checked in. Hallways were always dirty. Only emptied the dog poo receptacle trash once in 5 wks eww. Some of the staff was friendly. They did not enforce guests to pick up after their dog.

You can't beat the location. Take I-110 to the end and you're on Chase St, and a couple of blocks from the hotel. However, the best part of the location is that you have McGuire's Irish Pub right across the street (a two-minute walk and a "must" if you want a good dinner) and you're back-to-Back to "Another Broken Egg" for an amazing breakfast. The hotel has a "bistro" but you pay for everything. Two Starbuck's regular coffee cost me $5.19, for the smallest size. The room was clean and quiet, so there are no complaints there. The ladies behind the desk were very friendly. Our check-in, check-out, and room key were all done with the Bonvoy app on my phone (a must if you regularly use Marriott hotels). Overall, the hotel, the lobby, and the room were very good and I would definitely stay here again.
