希爾頓歡朋飯店-彭薩科拉機場(Hampton Inn Pensacola-Airport (Cordova Mall Area))

My flight got cancelled and two days later I am still stuck in Texas and they would not give me a refund!!!! If they accommodate travelers they should be more understanding that I gave them as much time as I could bc I called them as soon as I found out that our flight would not be able to fly into Pensacola. I could not have tried to cancel any sooner (it was 6hrs before I was suppose to check-in). And no refunds is all the front desk would tell me. All he kept saying was I just work here! If they cater to people flying into the airport there has to be things in place for emergency situations and I should not have to pay full price for a room I never even got a chance to stay in!

The breakfast is terrible. It has gone downhill since I last stayed there 5 weeks ago. One morning we didn't have hot water because the boiler was broken. There is no dehumidifying system, and everything feels constantly damp -- the carpet, bedding, clothes. The towels never dry. My clothes were damp when I got home and unpacked my suitcase. The first towels I had were thin and small and cheap, and they still didn't dry due to the dampness in room. You empty your own trash since there is no housekeeping unless you request it. Service for breakfast was equally bad. The variety was poor, and I had to ask for things that staff had allowed to run out. I've stayed there twice but won't be going back.

The rooms are showing dated and worn. Room 142 was semi clean, dated, had a toilet leak, shower door does not close and the room seems to have been something else but then made into a room. Not a bad stay just older and showing ware.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Airport shuttle was great! Cleanliness in room could be improved; the bathroom was not fully clean.

Rooms are nice but the hallway carpeting is terrible. It looks like it never gets cleaned and really needs replacement. The hallways are what people see the most of.

Clean bedding and room. Towels were clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Slept great

Everything is well provided for. The room is wonderful, the bed very comfortable, and coffee and apples are provided in the lobby.

Convenient to PNS. Soap dispensers were empty. We didn’t call the desk because we had a bar of soap. We like this place.
