Homewood Suites by Hilton Pensacola-Aprt (Cordova Mall Area)

El hotel bien, presentable, agradable. La atención excelente por parte de recepción. La habitación que me tocó en la ropa de cama de las almohadas estaba sucia manchada y había una marcha roja en la alfombra. Bien ubicado literal caminando del aeropuerto. Está 15 min del centro de Pensacola en coche. Uber eats entrega perfecto sin problema. Hay un mall atrás del hotel tiene todo.

Will not stay again. Client picked this plce for me...someone had a cut and wiped the blood on the side of the chair and no one sees it or cleans it. No service even offered like all of the other Hilton properties i stay at 5 days a week about the country. The meal 1 day was not worth it for the price i paid

It was by far one of the worst hotel experiences or maybe I expected more from a Hilton property. The four nights we were there we NEVER seen a housekeeper. We were told that housekeeping comes by your third day there and they still NEVER made it. We had children with us and we had to go to a local laundromat to wash towels and a family dollar to buy tissue and trash bags. The front desk lady Ms Karena was nice during check in but quickly got annoyed after we kept coming asking for things like tissue,towels and trash can liners. Saw her rolling eyes and sighing as we were complaining but I mean after spending $1,164.00 dollars plus a $50.00 incidental fee what did she expect. I would expect more from the property and staff. The breakfast was bomb 👍 and the kids loved the pool

I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning was very loud. We could not enjoy the space that we paid for. The unit was so loud that we had to leave the sitting area, go the the bed room and close the door to drown out the noise. I Went to the front desk about it and was told that there were no more room to be moved to. Because of this problem with the air-conditioning, we could not enjoy the space.

Not a bad place . But nothing sticks out to where you would say I would stay here again. No maid service during our 4 day stay so towels and garbage were piling up . My wife asked about Maid service and the gave her a garbage bag and told her to set out in the hall. We had to call every day for towels . No ironing board in the room . I definitely would not recommend or stay again

Próximo ao aeroporto e com a comodidade do transfer. Quarto amplo com cama queen e um sofá cama que não era muito confortável. Café da manhã bom.

Great breakfast. Very clean room. Clean common areas. Extremely friendly staff.

Quite an improvement from my last stay. I like the upgrade. Will be back.
