青草巷汽車旅館(Greenlane Motel)

Owner was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for looking after me during my stay. It was comfortable stay. Parking for big car is bit tricky, but I could manage though I don’t have great skills. The location was just handy for my work.

Bed was comfy. We checked in late at night but Sean was great and organised our room to be ready and messaged through instructions for both check in and out.

Great easy location, tidy room, clean. Parking difficult with larger vehicle. 10 point turn required to get in or out of a car park.

No frills, could be better priced but reasonably clean and comfortable for a short stay. Access isn’t the easiest

Closeness to Green lane Clinical services. Didn't like the rattly sliding bathroom door. No airconditioning.

Sat at restaurant, no acknowledgement, waited, no apology… when asked … waiter said not his problem. Continental breakfast finally arrived … uncooked crossaints. Accommodation vg crisp clean sheets, room smelt fresh .. Otherwise do not waste your time with meals. Restaurant couldn’t really be bothered servicing let alone providing customer service. Informed management whom said was going to get back but obviously he couldn’t be bothered either.

The room had a funny smell, I couldn't quite decide what it was. Being there were no arm chairs the angle of the tv made it quite hard for two people to watch.

We cancelled the booking multiple times two weeks prior to the check in date. No one answered our calls as we were told to call ******* and they did not refund us. No one was helpful. They did not want to help out in anyway.

Check in states between 2pm and 8pm got a call at 3pm asking what time we would be there. No actual office that I saw the manager just walked out as I parked the car and showed me the room then went to deal to a tradesperson in the room next door. It was a dash check in as we had to rush to an event which was fine for us. On booking I had stated we needed a ground level room due to recent leg surgery this was missed and had to settle for a room upstairs. The towels provided are very tiny suitable for a 5 year old but not a growen adult. Breakfast is a calci yum milk, a banana and a yogurt (not ideal if lactose intolerant). (Continental is generally cereal fruit and toast but this was not the case) barely any milk for a coffee either. The worst part is the duvet has mould and stains in it peel sheets back to find stains and other people's hair laying under the sheets too. At 12.30am when we got back from event, I found we just accept that it is what it is and not call the after hours number and deal to it at check out. At check out a lousy sorry I'll sort that now was given which was to late as only stayed the one night. On top of this the bathroom wasn't clean and shower had stains in the corners. Very ran down. Would not recommend Got woken in early hours to voices through walls and people walling past the room. Would not recommend at all.
