Dosappointed Stay at this Location I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, this particular location was a big disappointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a friendly and attentive front desk attendant, which gave us a good first impression. However, things quickly went downhill from there. As we walked to our room, we noticed the hallways were noticeably dirty—there was visible dirt on the carpet, and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed that day. So disappointed. Reviews were good but i will never stay in this hotel again anywhere. Looks like possibly renovating a little at a time.Rooms were fairly updated and elevator rooms were painted. Breakfast area looked new. Pool room smelled, fixtures looked dirty and hot tub was almost brown. Service was fair, not rude but not overly pleasant. Breakfast ok. Outside looked worn down.

The women that was working the breakfast area the morning we were there was great! A joy to see her work. She was a hustler. Very pleasant and helpful as well.

Love stopping in Pendleton every time we head to the northwest from Utah. This is a great place to stay when there.
