Good to atay

We did a spur of the moment road trip from California to Montana. We decided that we need to find a room to get some sleep for a few hours. The hotel accommodated our 1 am check in which was nice. The girl at the counter was new and very nice. I did get double charged the $75 incidentals by mistake but by the time I checked out at 11 am it was already back on my card as I was leaving the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The shower felt so nice after 12 hours on the road. The bed was so comfortable. It was quiet and safe. The breakfast was really good and the staff was really accommodating. The only downside is we did confirm before booking the jacuzzi was working and when we went to go use it before we got back on the road it was closed until 2 pm. Overall if I do pass through the area again, I would stay again.

Booked through *******. Was placed in a room on the ground floor next to a mechanical room that had an extremely noisy machine running. Asked for a change of room and the staff said you have to go back to *******. It appeared that the staff knew there was a problem with that room. After demanding to speak to the manager , who wasn't available, i stated I'd be willing to pay more et ceterawho, the staff finally agreed to give us a different room. Turn out the room was actually less expensive, and the staff said the reason that they didn't offer another room is because it wasn't the same type of room we had reserved. They're logic made no sense. Very young staff member with no backup manager , etc.

We’ve stayed in a lot of different places and this was one of the worst unfortunately. The rooms are very small.

Clean, perfect size for two people. Bed was very comfortable, staff friendly, looked like a nice breakfast, although we didn’t eat.

It was older and in need of some updating. Hot tub was out of order. There were NO carts available to load my car at check out so I had to make SEVERAL trips portaging like a pack mule - that was a hassle! But, room layout was good and bed was comfortable. Shower needs a new shower head though. Overall stay was average, not great, not terrible. The location worked well for me.

We had such a great stay at Hampton Inn In Pendleton! The room was spacious, decorated nice, clean and set up to enjoy and relax in comfort! The continental breakfast had several choices and was set up organized and ready to serve many people at the same time. The front office staff was friendly, helpful and top notch. We hope to stay again sometime very soon! Thank-you!!

Terrible! The hotel called 10 minutes before our arrival and cancelled our paid for room. Left us stranded at 9pm in Pendleton, OR. When I asked for help finding another hotel the Hampton Inn rep hung up!

AC and TV did not work. Maintenance guy was great but it took awhile to resolve
