Location is awesome, food best , staff very cooperative and very humble. Rooms are very clean, nit and pleasant.anybody going to pelling can blindly consider and book this resort.found all the amenities,more than my expectations. It was pleasure staying here.

Very good Property with very courteous & well behaved staff. Udeshya Gurung the property ***ager is ready to help you round the clock. Bonfire arrangements can be made at the property & the alpine forest around the rooms is ideal for nature lovers.

Hotel services and staff was great. Room was very clean and neat. Food was also amazing. Property location was the best part and it wad well maintained as well. When we arrived at the property they welcomed us with nice gesture and told us everything they had with them.

Excellent location with amazing view of mountains, Very good stay - both accommodation and food. The staff at front desk reception and restaurant are welcoming and helpful. The night view of this place awesome and the morning is fulfilled with amazing view of Kanchendzonga (or part of it).

Very nicely maintained property with affordable good food! One can feel relaxed while enjoying the scenic beauty of Kanchenjunga. Parking is just near the entrance which makes it approachable. Mr. Gurung is very good with Hospitality. Overall nice experience.

The resort is awesome.. Very quiet and calm.. Rooms are good and the service and food is excellent... Food is so delicious.. The property ***ager Udeshya Gurung was very polite and always ready to help with a smile... The resort is away from hustle bustle... Loved the place....

Amazing property with a great view. We stayed here for 2 nights with family (cottage room) and loved everything - the ***ager Udeshya was very professional, the food was delicious and the entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel as '3 couples with kids' for 4 days. My feedback on this hotel is as below: Pros: The hotel has a very good view from the cottage balcony. Excellent staff and very helpful. Big, clean rooms and bathrooms Open space to play like a garden, sitting area etc Cons: FOOD..... Very bad No taste in any curries we ordered, Roti also very thick and under cooked, soups are the worst. Breakfast was little better than a la carte, but still can be improved a damn lot. In one of the instances, when we were ordering food, staff cannot help us to understand what kind of curry we are ordering, they had absolutely no idea. No suggestions were given too. Most of the curries had very little to no salt. They really need to change their chef and improve their food department, because I feel this was the biggest let down for a very good hotel. A very small point as a CON was we asked to do a complimentary decoration of our room because of the anniversary, it seemed like they did that with absolutely 0 interest, just a duck from the towel, and 5 balloons in the room. That's it. Overall, I had good stay but was stressed on food as we had to plan to eat out rather than eating in the hotel and Pelling being a remote area restaurant were not near and you cannot walk, you have to take help of a CAB. So if the food department is revamped, I am not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a great experience watching kanchanjunghaa right from our resort cottage or from its balcony. The resort is excellent with some of the best possible views from your cottage. Complementary breakfast was very good with sufficient Indian food options. All staffs were very cooperative . We had a very good time there. 5 Star for the property. Also, need to mention we got it through International holiday club, Guwahati division. So, good job by them too.
