佩勒姆橡樹山舒眠飯店(Sleep Inn Pelham Oak Mountain)

Check in was easy, pleasant! Room was clean and comfortable, a little small. AC needed more cooling. Bathroom needs minor repairs. Breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful. Out front parking and entrance nice and clean. View out room window was field of big rigs and containers. Convenient location to restaurants, fast food and retail stores. If in this area again, we would stay again here. For price a nice place to stay.

전체적으로 깔끔해요. 근데 방향제 향들이 넘 진하네요. 아침식사는 와플을 직접 구워서 먹을 수 있고 각종 시리얼, 스크램블, 베이글, 식빵류, 커리, 우유, 쥬스, 요거트 등 가성비 좋았어요.

Clean room/ bathroom. Connectivity up to date in rooms. Small toilet/ shower area separated by pocket door to sink area…which was ok for us. The hotel does need some TLC as to room doors, curtains, cleanliness of halls. Very pleasant staff throughout hotel. Breakfast was nice with lots of the usual selections and all items continually being restocked without asking staff.

Horrible!! Wish I wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. In desperate need of renovations. Rooms felt dirty. Bed was broken. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Shower was leaking from ceiling what I can only imagine was from the shower or toilet above us. Not appropriate for families. Smelled awful. Could not get out of there soon enough. Checked out and went to another hotel after 1 night. Of course they would not refund us for the second night booked, but I refused to stay there another night. Horrible overall!! Same yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Very nice place, did not disappoint. Not run down like other motels in AL. Felt safe & no worries about parking my car overnight. Many dining options walking distance. Good free breakfast, clean dining area. Room was clean & very comfortable bed.

Don’t understand why it has such high scores. It’s passable. Clean room but the lobby and staircase not so much. “Hot” water was passable for a quick shower but hardly what I’d call hot. The desk clerk at checkin barely acknowledged me and spoke only when spoken to. The folks at the desk the next morning were very nice.

This is my second time to stay and each time the room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was on-point; and the staff were so friendly AND they even remembered me from my last visit! It's like coming home to family at Sleep Inn Oak Mountain. :)

Pleasant check in and out. Friendly service. My key card messed up and they quickly fixed this issue. We also left our personal pillows and they bagged them for us and we were able to come right back to get them.

Very nice stay in a well maintained hotel. It's not new but flooring and fixtures have been replaced. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing I was surprised by was you didn't need a key to get in the side door of the building from the parking lot.
