Best Western Plus??? Plus what? Room 217 was the noisiest room I think I've ever stayed in!!!! The bathroom fan was like standing next to an idling locomotive. It ever shook the walls and floor. The bed was already shakey. The AC unit sounded like it had a bad bearing in the fan or compressor. Loud noises just all over the place. Breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast, nothing fancy, nothing different and not very good.

Property was nice, rooms were clean. I guess the owner of the property had his family there the day I checked in and there were kids running up and down the hallway until almost 10, so my kids had a hard time falling asleep.

It took over an hour to check in. Then the front desk person charged me $122 for the room when i had already paid through *******. So i paid over twice for the room. The room rate was $70 but the front desk person charged me $122. So even if i hadnt pre-paid the amount still wouldve been wrong. I wont be dtaying here ever again.

The service was most disappointing. The pool, which was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel was closed after Labor Day due to the manager decision. This should be reflected in the small details. The room floors could use more attention due to remnants of prior guest aplenty. The breakfast was decent. The condition of the hotel was good. I absolutely will not stay here again.

Property needs to be updated, everything looks so old. Bathroom door didn't close, wifi very spotty, furniture extremely old etc

I was not informed nor was I given a receipt for a $250 additional charge on my card. I understand that some charges are necessary, but communication is also necessary. We will never do business with Best Western properties again because of that.

Was charged for stay even after paying on **********. ********** took care of the situation and money was refunded however when staying 3 nights, after being ripped off from the beginning like that, was hard to trust the staff. Never received room service whole time there. Pool was full of leaves and debris. Door locks to the pool area didn’t work with card for room. Witnessed elderly people having trouble getting into room due to same woman who overcharged me. She was on the phone and not doing her job properly. Construction equipment blocking area in which people park when it could of clearly been stored at the rear of the hotel away from entrance. My last time I’ll ever stay at this hotel chain.
