Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The issue was the rooms. We were welcomed with a strong smell of mold, which was found in the bathroom. Our mattress was awful, and patch work in the wall was clear they’ve had damaged. We were the for a hockey tournament, so all rooms in the area were booked.

I stayed here in March and loved it! I love the fact that I had a Suite and so much space I encourage my friends to choose Fairfield also but this time I had a regular room for the same price! I asked for a suite! My stay was uncomfortable and disappointing and I was embarrassed after bragging about how the rooms and service would be.

I had to call to inquire about adding a roll away, which they don’t have. I booked a ming bed and a pull out couch. When I called they said there was no pullout sofa in that room even though that’s what I booked. I switched to 2 queens. The guy was obviously new and didn’t know what was going on. I heard a lady say 2 times, I had a cheaper rate now to him, but to not tell me. I heard everything and told him but they wouldn’t change the rate. Not happy. The girl who checked us in was very nice

The room door was hard to shut, the mini fridge had mold, the sink faucet was difficult to turn on and off, the shower curtain was dirty and falling apart. The towels were very hard and rough on my skin. The pillows were not comfortable. Just pay a little extra to stay at the Hilton next door.

Everything was clean and all amenities worked and were available for use. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I went down to get some hot tea and heard the check in employee screaming at a guest. I have no idea what provoked this behavior, but it was very unprofessional. The room was not as polished as rooms at other fairfield inns. Pillows were very small. Facility was under renovation but there were no signs. There were mattresses strewn in the parking lot instead of placed in the dumpster. Also the coffee was tepid at breakfast.

I was there 3 days and no house keeping was done. The beds were terrible. Hard has a brick. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim. Never again will I stay there.
