樹波 - Shivshakti微型旅館(Itsy by Treebo - Shivshakti)

When I arrived I was told that even though I had a reservation on ******* I could not stay there because they were not authorized to host foreigners. Their sollution was for me to call the hotel company and fix it, or call *******. I only had a data eSIM card. Eventually they sent me walking blindly through a horribly polluted and dirty alley to another hotel in the same chain (Treebo), but when I got there they said I could not stay there because I did not have a reservation. Thus the three hours on the phone with *******, who told me they could not book that hotel, even though the other hotel sent me there, because it showed not available on their website. Plus, I would have to wait for them to get authorization for me to cancel my original reservation without a penalty at the first hotel (the one that told me I could not stay there) and this would take up to 72 hours. Eventually I ended up staying 4 nights in a not very nice hotel by Treebo that I had not booked and that I knew nothing about because I could not cancel my reservation at the first Treebo even though they are the ones that told me I can not stay there. I could have reserved a much nicer hotel room for only a little more than this one. India seems to be a real mess. I have never encountered such disorganization. I can not get a train ticket because I need an Indian phone number to verify the IRCTC account. I can't get a SIM because online form only accepts 6 digit zip codes and US only has 5 digits.

This is the nice hotel close to the central bus stand and tourist attractions. Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the staff at the property were polite the rooms and the attached bathrrom had all that is needed overall a very comfortable stay

When I reached the hotel in night, I was not allowed to park my vehicle inside, whereas it was mentioned that the property has its own parking space. Cleanliness was a major issue. The cups provided for tea were having cracks from inside and were not properly cleaned. If we see the pictures of property on treebo app, the pictures are very nice but reality is something else. In my opinion Treebo Shivshakti is not as per the standard of Treebo Hotels. Hence, I feel that Treebo must take a serious note of such hotels and should refrain from providing misleading information in order to retain its reputation.

Check in process was good. But de***ded the balance money at once. The staff are good, helpful. But they need to improve on breakfast. I received Uppma without any accompaniment. No chutney or sambar. I got tomato sauce only after asking. The height in which the WC is fixed is suitable only for people who are above 6 feet in height. The soap liquid for the bath is fixed near the wash basin and not near the bath area. There is no curtain at the bath area to prevent water from splashing to the rest of the area. This makes the total bathroom floor wet and slippery, which is a little dangerous for senior citizens like me.

The staff were helpful and cleanliness was there too. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to other friends and family and food was also hygienic. Location around marketplace and overall a fine stay and Breakfast also served on time.

Very good hotel, staff behaviour also comercial, nice location , food are very tasty , i had booked for two nights for my family members, rate are responsible beet costly but not n issue no compromise for family

I stayed in may in this hotel,nice Experience it was. Pleasent Ambiance, Perfect location in central place in heart of the city. Polite and Cooperative staff. Breakfast quality and taste was very nice. Overall a fantastic stay experience.
