Hit and miss I will find this review quite difficult to write as the Cupido has many good points, but, unfortunately for us, I think the negative aspects just about outweighed the positives. The main asset the hotel has is its staff who are hardworking and happy in their roles and constantly engage in a cheerful manner with guests throughout the day... they really are fantastic and a credit to the company. There are little touches that are very pleasing such as for the first welcome drink they don’t just offer you a watered down orange juice or 1/2 inch glass of wine but more or less anything you want from the bar (obviously within reason) such as tea, coffee, glass of wine or full pint of beer... good start! When by the pool or roof terrace the lovely staff will come round and offer you free slices of cold water melon to cool you off a bit... all thoughtful gestures. The rooms appear to be very hit or miss, we started with a definite 'miss' initially with a tiny dark room (no balcony) tucked in the corner of the building with a very small single window looking out onto the blocked out side of someone’s balcony about 3ft. away (see photos) - the bigger window to the right wasn’t ours. Admittedly we booked a room without balcony as we had no choice when booking with Jet2, however, Jet2 don’t appear to charge extra for a balcony room anyway - it was just that they had none left - so this shouldn’t really have affected what room we were allocated. But this is where the lovely staff come into play again, between the manageress Carlota and the lovely receptionist Paula, after 2 nights they managed to swop our room to one that still had no balcony but was bigger, brighter, floor to ceiling window with superb sea view... what a difference! We were 2 weeks half board so you would have thought they’d have put someone that was only staying a few days on B&B in the first room to save us the embarrassment of having to ask to move. We would have been really miserable in that dark room for the whole fortnight. We were half board and are by no means fussy eaters but we thought the evening meal choice very limited even for a small hotel. There was literally one meat, one fish, one pasta and one grill station choice - none of which were very appealing. There isn’t even the choice of something like pizza which is usually on every hotels menu. These were accompanied by a choice of one vegetable and one style of potato. Even my partner who will hoover up anything didn’t enjoy any of the evening meals. But to counteract that the breakfast was okay and the morning machine coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. As I say hit and miss. The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and everywhere is spotless but, as others have stated, it is in a rather noisy area (even in low season) with street bar music finishing after 2am., people shouting in the street in the early hours and the glass and bin wagons making an awful racket around 6am. which isn’t very condu

Sehr einladendes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in Strandnähe, super gelegen auch für Restaurant- und Discobesuche. Wir hatten zu Dritt die Suite gebucht. Das Zimmer war genug gross wie auch das Badezimmer. Der Clou: Die Dachterrasse mit den Liegebetten und den zwei Whirlpools hat man ab 22 Uhr für sich alleine - cool. Am Morgen wäre es schon schön, wenn nicht schon Hotelgäste vor der regulären Öffnungszeit raufkommen würden oder einem den abgegrenzten "Balkon" einlatschen da sie nicht wissen, dass dieser zu einem Zimmer gehört. ;-) Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen: Bei Regen kommt man nass ins Hauptgebäude und hat keinen Ort um Badewäsche aufzuhängen... Wir hatten das Frühstück mitgebucht. Finde ich reichhaltig - Eierspeisen, Gemüse, Fleisch, Käse, Brot, Müesli, Joghurt und frische sowie eingelegte Früchte. Kaffee und heisse Schokolade gibts aus dem Automaten. Der Pool ist kleiner als er auf dem Hotelfoto wirkt, aber den braucht es eigentlich auch nicht, da der Strand mit dem feinen Sand so nah ist. Würde ich wieder buchen: hat Charme!

un lugar muy acogedor, coqueto, bien ubicado y con un personal de servicio maravilloso, atento, amable, con un trato excelente. Sin duda muy recomendable y una buena opción para conocer la isla. Millones de gracias por ser tan buena gente, que a veces escasea y es de agradecer cuando están. *también una conversación interesante :)

Hemos estado alojados una semana y nos hemos sentido como en casa, la relación calidad-precio es fantástica. Desde el primer día fuimos muy bien atendidos por todo el personal.Hotel muy cerca de la playa, muy buena ubicación, en el centro de Peguera pero apartado del bullicio! El jacuzzi en la azotea es un punto muy a favor para relaj**** al final del día, quizás nos faltó un poco de variedad en la cena y que la ducha era un poco pequeña (lo comentamos en recepción y enseguida nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación). Si volvemos a Mallorca volveremos a este hotel sin duda. Nos vamos muy agradecidos con todo el personal! Ojalá podamos volver pronto! Gracias Desi, Alberto, Catalina, Carlota, Paula, Gregorio y Tamara! Hacéis muy bien equipo, seguid así porque sois lo mejor del Cupido!!

Bonito hotel boutique decorado con gusto a un paso de la playa, personal atento y dedicado en todo momento mereció la pena

Schon der Empfang beim Check-Inn an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und man fühlte sich auch gleich richtig willkommen. Es gibt nur einen Fahrstuhl , der ist zwar etwas klein, aber da dieses Hotel nur über drei Etagen verfügt ist das kein Problem. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick und wer möchte, kann es sich auf einer der schönen Bali Betten bequem machen. Wem es dann zu warm wird, der kann sich in einem der beiden Whirlpools erfrischen. Außerdem hat man hier oben sogar eine Sauna, ein Fitnessrad und einen Crosstrainer. Die Zimmer Reinigung war auch in Ordnung und die netten Damen hatten aber auch von früh an alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir sahen sie jeden Tag vom Balkon wo sie den gesamten Poolbereich säuberten und der fleißige Haustechniker war ebenfalls jeden Tag zu Gange um eventuelle Kleinigkeiten umgehend in Ordnung zu bringen. Für diese fleißigen Bienchen hier ein Extra Lob. Die Zimmer an sich sind eher klein und auch das Bad ist sehr beengt, aber da man im Urlaub ist, sollte dies kein Problem darstellen. Dafür sind die Betten groß genug und vor allem bequem. Der Schrank ist sehr hoch(Kleine Menschen haben da Schwierigkeiten) und hat wenig Fächer. Vielleicht lässt sich da mal was anderes in naher Zukunft machen. Im Bad ist eine kleine Ablage und es gibt auch einen Fön. Doch Vorsicht, in der Duschkabine ist es sehr glatt und man sollte sich beim Duschen ein kleines Handtuch unterlegen um einen eventuellen Sturz zu vermeiden. Nicht alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon, aber unser war in Ordnung und verfügte auch über einen Teleskop Wäschetrockner. Die Service Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr aufmerksam und echt mit viel Herz bei der Arbeit. Die Speisen sind sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe und Kreativität angerichtet. Zum Frühstück gibt es das Übliche mit verschiedenen Eierspeisen, Bacon, diverse Wurst-, S*****en- und Käsesorten. Eine Omelett Backstation mit vielen frischen Zutaten lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Verschiedene Kaltgetränke, Kaffeesorten oder ein immer gut gefülltes Obst- und Eis Angebot lassen niemand zu kurz kommen. Beim Abendbrot wechseln sich verschiedene Fleisch- und Fischgerichte ab, die überbacken sind oder teilweise beim Show Cooking frisch zubereitet werden. Dazu wurden die unterschiedlichsten Beilagen gereicht. Diese Gerichte waren alle mehr als lecker und die fleißigen Köchen haben echt ihr Bestes gegeben. Die Servicekräfte des Restaurants waren ebenfalls sehr umsichtig, super freundlich und haben bei allem Stress auch gut für die Beräumung, Reinigung und Desinfizierung sämtlicher Tische geachtet. Auch für diesen Bereich ein extra großes RIESENLOB. Abends kann man es sich an der Bar bequem machen und wird hier auch ganz lieb und aufmerksam bedient und mit den leckersten Getränken verwöhnt. Allerdings gibt es einen kleinen Minuspunkt, aber der ist NICHT dem Hotel geschuldet, sondern der Bar im Nachbar Grundstück. Hier ist es bis in die Nacht sehr laut, sodass man d

The staff is very friendly. I booked a single room which was pretty small (as expected). I did not appreciate that the toilet and shower was basically in the same room. The gliding door covering the toilet is also used for the shower. Since it’s not sealed, my room was underwater all the time after taking a shower. The hotel itself and the rooms were well maintained and clean. The location is convenient close to public transportation and the beach with ample of shops and restaurants nearby. WiFi was pretty fast. The food however leaves a lot to be desired for. The quality is pretty low (mostly convenience food). They have some sort of a life cooking station. One night they did burgers and I was shocked and disgusted to see that the chef is touching the raw burger patty’s and veggies with his bare hands making me concerned about the food safety standards. You’re better off going to one of the restaurants nearby. Bottom line, good enough for 2 nights, but would not like to spend a full vacation there.

Fabulous, friendly stay with everything you need for a short break. The rooms are all different ..some have balconies some not. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee machine , Although the balcony overlooked the street ... we didn't mind the street noise ...others might prefer not to overlook street. Staff are the key in this hotel ... friendly , helpful and efficient ...they all worked hard . Close to both main High Street, beach , and bus stop for Palma ..it suited us well. A small pool and a rooftop terrace are a bonus. Breakfast was super ( great value for money) ; a selection of hot and cold items, cereals yogurts and fruit .... plentiful. If you are looking for luxury, stunning views and gardens then maybe this is not the place for you ... but for us it was excellent and we would return another time. It provided excellent value and felt safe and friendly. Carlotta and her team did us proud. Thank you
