Beautiful, cosy terraced house "Don Pepe", 2 storeys. In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (14 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. First floor is closed off and unoccupied.
