伊夫舍姆普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Evesham)

All the staff here were friendly and welcoming with the exception of the lady who checked us in. She was very slow not sure if she was new but seemed to take forever and pretty miserable! Other than that everyone else was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We are from London and I had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet! Be warned breakfast service was very slow but perfectly adequate. The hotel was in a good location for everywhere we wanted to visit. As others have said the sat nav takes you to completely the wrong place. Search for the Costa coffee next door to the hotel and add this to the sat nav and this will lead you to the hotel. There is a sign saying the petrol station and shop is 24hrs however this is not the case it opens and closes when it feels like it so don’t rely on it! If we were in the area again I would stay again. An affordable option for exploring The Cotswolds!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had a poor experience of this hotel. The welcome was lacking and awkward and our rooms had been put miles apart even though we were obviously a family with young children travelling together. My bed was rock hard and I had an awful nights sleep. The breakfast at the restaurant wasn’t great and the service even worse.

Up to usual good standard of friendly staff and cleanliness. But the room was boiling hot and as you can hardly open the window and there's no AC, we couldn't get the temperature below 24. We had to have the fan running constantly to be bearable which is really bad for the environment and all it did was push the hot air about. Getting fed up with Premier Inn approach to not dealing with suffocating rooms.

A couple of small issues quickly sorted by the very helpful staff. Clean room, as always. Excellent Beefeater next door. Easy access to Evesham Valley Shopping & Garden Centre.

The room was not cleaned. There was a stain on the carpet which also did not appear to have been vacuumed. There was no toilet paper in the room on my arrival. There were ring marks on the bedside table which had not been wiped. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. I use premier inns quite often usually I find them to be very good but this was a very poor experience.

Looking at the website I/we expected the hotel to be outside of town, reasonably quiet with views of the countryside. Instead it turned out to be on a very busy main road roundabout, tucked away in a hollow behind a very large KFC, an equally large drive through coffee outlet and also a huge petrol filling station and lorry park.The massive entrance to all of this was also the entrance to 'The Valley' retail park which compared to the many we have visited elsewhere in the country was small, poor and very dated. It was also the entrance to the so called 'Evesham Country Park'. I will leave you to judge on that one, just don't expect much as you won't get it. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, reasonably quiet with friendly staff, and the pub next door serves good wholesome food at a good price with equally friendly staff, but if you are looking to stay for any longer, there could well be much better environments to choose from.

We stayed here to visit Hidcote and the Malvern spring show . The room was inexpensive and very comfortable . We would come again
