NW傑克遜弗洛伍德Staybridge Suites飯店(Staybridge Suites Flowood – NW Jackson)

I loved everything about this hotel. Check in was easy. The host was very friendly. He checked on us when they seen us in the lobby. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. I would definitely book here again

Hotel smelled really good! Very clean,beds were comfortable,quiet area,indoor pool was nice and cool which was nice due to extremely hot temp outside.

Nice room suites with good kitchen and living room. Great for remote working. Nice lobby with meeting spaces.

Several of the rooms we booked appeared to have guests still in the room, so we had to get new rooms. There were several issues with our booking and the hotel staff were not very helpful with us getting them addressed, spent about 45 minutes trying to resolve an issue for three booked hotel rooms.

Wow. You basically get a little studio apar**ent for the price of a hotel room. Everything was new and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/cooking ware if you wanted to make a meal. Full size fridge. Dishwasher. New back lit bathroom mirror. Couldn't ask for more really.

The gentleman working the front desk the afternoon we arrived (1/5/24) was amazing. Every time we walked past the desk he took the time to ask us how we were doing, how our room was, and if we needed again. He also made adding a pet to our stay was effortless (we were unable to include that when we registered on the app).

The staff was very friendly… housekeeping clean rooms everyday… breakfast was decent

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not come when I requested them to.

I have attached photos of a roach that crawled on my face while I was asleep and later found crawling on the floor. This is the smashed version of the pest. I arrived at the front desk at 3:01 pm on my check in date. I was delayed checking in by about 30 minutes, due to staff "changing shifts". On Thursday, I cane out of the banity area to find the manager standing in my room. She entered without permission, without a verbal warning, and she never knocked. The room requested did not have an accessible roll-in shower. Upon checking out, the front desk attendant was extremely rude.
