Just stayed one night to split a long trip. Front desk staff was super pre-occupied at checkin and barely answered the one question I asked of her.

The room was nice it came with a kitchenette and a queen sized bed. The bathroom was clean, the towels did have some stains and had to get them changed out

Front desk was friendly. Room felt dingy. Walls were dirty. Bathroom floor appeared dirty. I selected to this location based on pictures and trying to remain close to the highway.

Looks nice from outside, however, once I entered the lobby was really disappointed. One in my room, drapes were visibly dirty, bathtub was dirty, only had one night stand. Husband & I both have sleep apnea and require machines to help us sleep and only one outlet on lamp by bed. Was very disappointed with hotel and will not recommend to friends or family.

We only go to Pearl once a year for competition and this is our first choice. We initially stayed just at random when picking a hotel because it was close to our competition and now we just automatically book here becase it was so nice.

Highlight: Best shower of any hotel, ever! Worst part: the very small lumpy beds were shoved against the wall. You have to climb over some one to get out.

The staff seemed unconcerned for customer satisfaction. The room was uncomfortable, the chair, recliner, was broken. The toilet leaked and the bathroom needed cleaning. There was only one (1) luggage cart for the entire location because the other one (1) was stolen, per the morning desk clerk.
