The room was disgusting, crumbs on the floor in front of fridge and on sides of beds. Sheets had weird yellow stains next to face area. Empty white claws in fridge and used lint sheets in the room. In every towel there was hair, toilet handle and seat were sticky. Shower did not drain properly thanks to a clump of hair covering the drain. Definitly not the $150 spent for 1 night. Over all would not recommend a stay here to anybody.

Hotel appeared quite rundown not horrible but definitely not higher quality. Our toilet wouldn't flush properly the entire time and we were worried that it would flood. The front desk told us the easiest access to our room would be the back or side door. She said the key fob would work to get in after 10pm once the doors are locked. The back door didn't have a key fob, and the side door the key fob didn't work. When I informed the night from desk he let me know that it doesn't work because they don't have the chip in it. Wouldn't have been a big issue but coming back late and being in a Halloween Costume with 4 inch high heels walking around the entire building to get to the main entrance at 11 pm while it is freezing cold and snowing/raining sleet, we were soaked and freezing by the time we got into our room.

Plumbing was horrible, shower didn’t drain, toilet would back up, front desk people were zombies with no eye contact and horrible body order.
Hotel very outdated, sauna didn’t work.

There was soap left in shower from previous occupancy. In addition it looked like their vacuum was broken.

Floor was dirty tons of trash behind/under everything.sloppy beds musty towels, and to top it off the staff was very rude.
