Buhar odasinda esimin ayaginin yanmasi nedeniyle tatilimiz zehir oldu. Buhar odasinda kurnadaki musluktan akan su yakti. yeme/ icme vasat, calisanlar mukemmel. hafta sonu icin sauna yetersiz, zaten sinirli sayida kisinin girebildigi saunaya giren cikmiyor. otel yonetimi misafirleri takip etmeli. Fin saunasinin rituelini misafirlere anlatmali. adam saunada 15 dakika telefonla gorustu. termal acik havuz yok.

This is an outstanding value for Americans. The waters are the usual hot mineral variety, and the outdoor pool is a lovely spot to while away the afternoon. It's cool mineral water - the birds drink from it. The breakfasts and dinners are fine, and Pavel Banya is a nice, quiet little town. We've been there three times, and find it an idea getaway. Ask for a room facing the pool ... the view is very nice. The rooms are big and comfy. This is a place where you can - and just might - spend most of your day in a bathrobe. I've had three massages there and two were the best I've ever had, We keep going back ...

This hotel offers great spa service. I think is a good place for rehabilitation and treatment in a luxurious environment. We stay only one night here, the water in the pool was warm and healing, the food was delicious, our room was with a big terrace, everything was very clean.
