Sattva Yoga Academy is the place where we can get fresh air and yoga learning. It makes my life easy. We got their teaching system and it helps us to keep our mind fresh. We highly recommend this academy.

"Sattva Yoga Academy is an incredible place to deepen your yoga practice. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and the curriculum is comprehensive and well-rounded. The atmosphere is one of warmth and inclusivity, and the small class size allows for individual attention and learning from the diverse backgrounds of your classmates. The Sattva Yoga Retreat is a very friendly environment. Never once did I feel as though I was in a strange or unfamiliar environment. People were friendly and welcoming. With everything, we supported one another. It was a thrill to be without technology for a short while.

Sattva is located in very peaceful surroundings about 17 kms from main Rishikesh. It is a riverside or rather a stream-side property and has a very pretty and clean swimming pool at the premises. The complex has lovely lawns and is visited by quite a few birds. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds with good quality mattresses. The food is average but the service is very good. The hotel is visited by a lot of foreign students who pursue yoga courses. It is a good place to head out for quiet walks. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The resort is safe for women travelers and offers an excellent quiet getaway/staycation. It is better to carry one's own dongle even though the hotel offers wifi. The shower area is quite good and there is also a cafetiere in the room.

I was doing my 300 hours teaching training at Sattva Yoga Academy. The experience was amazing. Anand was supporting me during a really tough time in my live. The environment was very safe, afternoon swim at the Ganga, wisdom and journey clases with Anandji it was priceless, and the people doing the courses at the place..... what a beautiful family.

I had back issues where I was unable to perform any exercises properly or go to the gym with a fear of damaging my back. At Sattva Yoga retreat, I felt that there is so much about Yoga that we don’t know. It really helped me with my back pain and doing Yoga is the most relaxing exercise as it does not harm the body.
