我是攜程的黑鑽貴賓賓户,年消費20w以上,有經常出差及國內各大酒店預訂及入住、商務或度假旅遊,這是一條非營中懇的差評,我希望各位曾有一絲想法入住這酒店念頭請打消! ! !
這是我遇見最差及不公對待的事實及過程,請您耐心查看,謝。
預訂3天2晚的含早,第一晚到達已經過早上一天行程,曼谷的朋友送我們到酒店後離開,我想着大酒店英文翻譯應該沒什問題,9點晚上到達。下車後行李生主動幫忙拿行李,我及時給了20元小費當時還是元宵節,行李生未把我行李放好,已經迫不及待到前台用泰文説我們三個人,當時幫我cheak In是一位女生,視頻2男旁邊的男人已經馬上讓女服務生行開,拿出一本加收費用本子📒,讓我交錢1885株。未等我説任何一句話,我説我朋友一會會走,他馬上説不可以在酒店任何地方出現,不可以stay!!! *** ,關鍵這男態度好差當我拿出中國護照,視頻有20分多鐘,我全程錄像,我不想和他討論,我讓他找經理出來,視頻2經理出來,也是一樣,交錢交錢你要交額外費用! 沒有高樓層安排,如圖6視看樓頂,後來我後邊來的日本人和外國人cheak in分別是21和25樓,同房型我是電梯問了。
當我們溝通了他説including bed breakfast, everything 時,我交了,我和小孩玩一天累了想休息,交了未入到房間,奪命追魂call 又來了,説衹交了一晚,還要多交2550株,**** *** ****, 這宰仔客沒什麼分別。説好everything 變了。打了13次電話來催交一直到10點多,我太累,沒接,想着明天處理,當我第一次接電話時也是這樣説let’s discuss tomorrow, 後來11點晚上還寫信到我房,來把我名字證件全寫要我馬上交2550,我不理會。
第二天早上更離譜的****發生了,5點多凌晨開始吵,6點多就8位高僧一推人坐滿,如圖4.5.6見一直唸唸唸做法事到7點早上!根本沒辦法睡覺,紅圈所視抬疑似棺木!酒店也沒提前通知客人,你們還敢住嗎?
外觀如圖視,10,11沒自己的沙灘衹有爛攤子外圍,衹能在泳池轉轉。
房間設施更不用説,看視頻和照片,床頭有疑似**!讓換房,説沒房,但早餐你看出並沒有多少人週四!當天也沒有搞衞生服務,第三天退房解釋話是house keeper 問題,其實我們隔壁房有執房,我們房沒提供補及品,沒水,一支水也沒,沒毛巾沒有換垃圾袋,
房間洗手間是漏水,沒處理,10點多反映後,幾小時後,第二晚凌晨兩點在睡覺時才送了3支水來。
*** room was not clean!*** air conditioning didn’t work properly, so nosying!!! *** staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. ***y didn’t seem to care about our concerns, *** receptionist was rude just want extra *** money!!!! *** price was way too high for *** quality of *** room and service provided!! *** hotel was under *** ceremony and *** noise was unbearable during *** morning at 6:00am!!!!!!!that was *** worse hotel i ever had in my life!!!!!!! Please don’t come this **** hotel

照片與實物一致,海景非常迷人,酒店的位置也非常優越,附近有許多網紅打卡餐廳 Room Service的食物極其美味,我特別推薦打拋豬飯和泰式奶茶,真的超級好吃!不過,上菜需要等大約半小時。而早餐的食物則較為普通,而且人非常多,沒有自由選擇位置的機會,我被安排的位置非常差,完全看不到海景。
此外,我有一個非常不滿意的地方:我在露台抽煙卻被罰了5000泰銖。我從未遇到過酒店禁止客人在露台吸煙的情況,我懷疑這可能與我沒有給清潔人員小費有關,導致他們向前台舉報我,因此被罰了5000泰銖。清潔人員的態度也不太友好,他們的打掃工作不夠仔細,還在枕頭上發現了很多蟲子,讓我整晚都感到不安。此外,酒店的隔音效果非常差,走廊的聲音清晰可聞。
不過,有一點值得稱讚的是,在我退房後,酒店發了一封電子郵件告訴我遺留了一件衣物。除了因為在露台抽煙而被罰款以及在枕頭上發現蟲子之外,其他方面還是相當不錯的。
The photos accurately reflect the actual room, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with many trendy restaurants nearby that are perfect for Instagram photos. The food from Room Service is incredibly delicious; I highly recommend the Thai basil pork rice and Thai milk tea—they're simply exquisite! However, there is about a half-hour wait for the dishes to arrive. The breakfast options were rather average, and it gets very crowded, leaving no opportunity to choose your own seating; I was assigned to a poor location with absolutely no view of the sea.
Moreover, I have a significant complaint: I was fined 5000 THB for smoking on the terrace. I have never encountered a hotel that prohibits smoking in such areas. I suspect this might be due to my not tipping the cleaning staff, which led them to report me to the front desk, resulting in the hefty fine. The attitude of the cleaning staff was also not very friendly; their cleaning was rather careless, and I found many bugs on the pillow, which made me feel uneasy all night. Additionally, the sound insulation is quite poor, and I could hear noises from the hallway very clearly.
However, one commendable aspect is that after I checked out, the hotel emailed me to inform me that I had left behind a piece of clothing. Aside from being fined for smoking on the terrace and discovering bugs on the pillow, everything else was reasonably satisfactory.
