Totally disappointed with this 4 star hotel. The room, bathroom n corridor has bad odour, felt like it opened after a long time. Never expected from a 4 star property. However the approach of staff was good, they were polite n quick in response. Check in was smooth n complimentary breakfast also good.

Boys were also hardworking and it is important to appreciate hardwork. Very hardworking and well spoken. Thanks to the chef I personal met him as he was walking in restaurant. Very exclusive service provider. Friend staff behaviour. Hotel booking is easy. Management member is also good. Happy stay. SPA is available. Breakfast and dinner are also available and tast is good. Feeling better when I stay there. Professional services also good.

I have been to this hotel earlier as well but that time the hotel name was Azure and I must say Park has really upgraded this hotel I was struggling a lot last time with Network issue inside my room but this time when I informed the Receptionist about the network issue she gave a me a room in the first building may be there is still a network issue in other interior side building but overall this was great hotel loved the food service and overall blue and white theme is amazing. I can stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed the food which is exceptional and wonderful and room service service is mind blogging that we cant explain in words. The kitchen head Aditya is so humble that he takes care of everyone like family and Receptionist Conni is so kind and her attitude makes you feel like home and overall zone connect gave us wonderful memories to cherish for rest pf our life.

The ambience was good and we had a fanatastic stay here .. the breakfast was tremendous ..our kids enjoyed the pool time very muz ... And all the staffs here are very calm and friendly ... We highly recommend staying here .. Cleanliness and neat all over the hotel

The hotel suited our stay, as it was chosen for its relatively short distance from homes of friends and relatives. It is also located on a bus route to Mapsa and Calangute. It provided a spacious room and clean bathroom. The amenities in the room need to be upgraded. The suggestion to the Desk Manager was very well received, and attempts to fix some items in the room was made immediately. We arrived early morning, 3 hours ahead of check-in time. We received a warm welcome from the Front Desk Manager, and every effort was made to provide an early check-in, for which we are very appreciative. For travellers arriving early, the restaurant attached to the hotel is a blessing to have. It opens early and breakfast can be ordered while you wait to settle in your room Breakfasts provided with the stay offered a very wide choice of dishes suitable to different diets. Food was good, and all catering staff were attentive and courteous. The staff of this hotel were professional, exceptionally polite and willing to assist. The one drawback during our stay was that the rooms open onto the swimming pool area. This became uncomfortable when you wanted to enjoy a quiet evening in the room. The noise and disturbance of partying groups carry into the rooms. Overall our stay was comfortable. In our opinion, the hotel is better suited to holidaying groups.

I’m genuinely questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews for this hotel. Based on my experience, I doubt they have any idea what “good” service or a “good” breakfast actually means. I’ve previously stayed at Zone Coimbatore and had a great impression of the Zone brand – until I stayed here. I checked in late, around 9:30 PM, and immediately noticed an unpleasant odor that hit me as soon as I entered the reception area. To be honest, even a public toilet in Old Delhi feels more hygienic and fresh. The reception area was filthy, with unclean glass panes and a general lack of upkeep. To make matters worse, a temple across the street was blasting music at an extremely high volume. When I asked the receptionist if the hotel was empty, she mentioned that only three rooms were occupied as a group had just checked out. I specifically requested a room that wasn’t facing the temple, but despite her acknowledgment, I was given a room directly opposite the temple. I was exhausted and desperately needed sleep, but the loud music continued until 10:30 PM. When I finally got to the room, the nightmare continued. The bed sheets had visible hair on them as if they hadn’t been changed, and the pillow covers were stained. I asked to switch rooms, but every room they showed me (about 7 or 8 in total) had the same issues—dirty toilets, unclean linen, filthy floors, and sofas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The entire hotel reeked of dampness and urine, likely due to poor maintenance during the monsoon season. I reluctantly decided to stick with the original room. I asked if they could request the temple to lower the music volume, and while the staff said they would, the music blared on. Fortunately, I had earplugs, but this was far from the relaxing stay I had anticipated. The breakfast the next morning was equally dismal. The poha was burnt, the chai was overly sweet, and the idli was dry and hard. Even the dosa was subpar. I had planned to stay for three nights but decided to check out early after this terrible experience. When I went to check out, I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional ₹890. Confused, I asked what this charge was for, as my stay was prepaid and I hadn’t consumed anything. The receptionist eventually realized it was a charge for another room. Even then, there was no apology or concern about why I was leaving two nights early—no effort to make things right or improve my experience. This hotel is on a completely different level of bad. I've stayed at some questionable places before, but this was beyond belief. I left with a backache due to the broken mattress and an overall horrible impression of the Zone brand. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be staying at any properties associated with them in the future.

Lively property, nice rooms..beautiful location coupled with nice beautiful atmosphere… we loved that we came during this time of the year and we chose ZC for our stay.. it was a nice 3 nights 4 days stay… this was my 4th visit.. we stayed in calangute in the past but this was a nice option… the staff are nice… food is tasty… well recommended
