Totally disappointed with this 4 star hotel. The room, bathroom n corridor has bad odour, felt like it opened after a long time. Never expected from a 4 star property. However the approach of staff was good, they were polite n quick in response. Check in was smooth n complimentary breakfast also good.

Hotel was luxurious and staff was friendly awesome hotel swimming pool was clean and awesome.manager behaviour was friendly and helpful all staff are helpful in short hotel was awesome no single complaint I stayed 8 time in this hotel but no single complaint.

The Hotel service ambience is good and the staffss are very prompt and i received good Hospitality from them and rooms also kept clean and tidy. But they are not allowing early check-in if the rooms are available i was sitting in lobby and pool side for 6 hours finally they given room at 12:30 p.m. This Hotel is not at all suitable for tourist personnels because there is no tourist places nearby and we can't found one shop near the Hotel, even early morning Coffee i got it at 8 a.m because the Restaurent opens at 07:30 a.m. There are few pet i found in the Hotel disturbing my kids during the dinner time, pet animal to be avoided in the Hotel. So this Hotel is not a recommended for touristers

Service was quite good, the maintenance of the Hotel, Restaurants can be the area of improvement looking at a 4star, Quality of Veg Food can improve, I would defiantly refer to friends & family to have a pleasant & peaceful environment here @ Zone connect.

Thank you Zone connect parra. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Connie for assistance. And not forgetting Mr Jha. And two lady staff in the restaurant. Sorry i didn't ask the name. Boys were also hardworking and it is important to appreciate hardwork. Very hardworking and well spoken. Thanks to the chef I personal met him as he was walking in restaurant. For lovely food i.e breakfast. Once again thank you

Very exclusive service provider. Friend staff behaviour. Hotel booking is easy. Management member is also good. Happy stay. SPA is available. Breakfast and dinner are also available and tast is good. Feeling better when I stay there. Professional services also good.

I have been to this hotel earlier as well but that time the hotel name was Azure and I must say Park has really upgraded this hotel I was struggling a lot last time with Network issue inside my room but this time when I informed the Receptionist about the network issue she gave a me a room in the first building may be there is still a network issue in other interior side building but overall this was great hotel loved the food service and overall blue and white theme is amazing. I can stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed the food which is exceptional and wonderful and room service service is mind blogging that we cant explain in words. The kitchen head Aditya is so humble that he takes care of everyone like family and Receptionist Conni is so kind and her attitude makes you feel like home and overall zone connect gave us wonderful memories to cherish for rest pf our life.
