瑞亞島精品水療飯店(Yria Island Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Beau petit complexe, beaucoup de végétation. Nous sommes arrivés à 11:30 la femme à l’acceuil très souriante nous fais attendre au petit salon extérieur à côté de la piscine et on nous apporte un cocktail de bienvenue…ET!!! on nous laisse attendre Là jusqu’à 14:00!!! Sans nous avoir avisé à notre arrivé de cette attente, et sans jamais nous offrir de mettre nos maillots pour profiter de la piscine. Nous aurions vraiment appréciés être avisé à notre arrivée que notre chambre serait disponible seulement à 14:00, nous aurions pu profiter d’aller visiter Paros… Si vous allez à Paros louez vous une voiture, car de cet hôtel on doit attendre pour un taxi entre 20-30 minutes. Un gros plus! C’est la belle plage à 5 minutes à pied avec bar et restaurant. On doit payer le palapa avec chaises mais ça vaut la peine. Le petit déjeuner moitié buffet,moitié sur mesure était très bon.

In questo hotel sono bravissimi a fare delle fotografie ingannevoli e pessimi nel gestire la relazione con il cliente. Non è un boutique hotel e tanto meno un resort e soprattutto non merita 5 stelle. Appena arrivati il posto era talmente diverso da come ce lo eravamo immaginati che pensavamo di aver sbagliato indirizzo. Non solo a differenza di quanto mostrato nelle fotografie sembrava essere dotato di spiaggia (che in realtà si trova a 300 metri e non è nemmeno come sembra in fotografia), ma l’hotel si trova in una posizione tale per cui non si vede nemmeno il mare. Accoglienza pessima in una hall fredda, cupa e con un arredamento totalmente da rinnovare. Dove prima di portare il drink di benvenuto ti chiedono la carta di credito senza nemmeno dirti il motivo, come se non avessi già pagato interamente l’alloggio in anticipo. La ragazza che ti conduce alla stanza mette un disco dove vanta un ristorante con chef stellato e dà una serie di informazioni su Spa e palestra che poi si rivelano non all’altezza, come tutto il resto. La camera, che doveva essere una junior suite, sembrava una stanza normale, nessuna nota di merito che la rendesse una junior suite. Il bagno piccolo e dotato di una doccia basica senza vetro che faceva allagare tutto il pavimento. La stanza non aveva nemmeno uno specchio intero, non era dotata di un bollitore d’acqua ed il frigobar era totalmente sfornito con dei prezzi esagerati. Non era nemmeno possibile aprire le valigie in quanto non c’era lo spazio adeguato, dettaglio non all’altezza di una junior suite e non ritrovata in tutti gli altri hotel del nostro viaggio in Grecia. In stanza non si potevano aprire le finestre perchè arrivava l'odore di cibo dalle cucine. La sera quando si tornava si riusciva a parcheggiare a fatica la macchina nel parcheggio essendo sempre pieno. La colazione per niente ricca, pochissima scelta e poca qualità: totalmente da rivedere. Inoltre, disposizione ai tavoli decisa da una signora maleducata all’ingresso dello spazio colazione che impone di attendere il proprio turno per sedersi. Visto il prezzo che si paga, non commisurato alla stanza e all’offerta complessiva dell’hotel, uno si aspetterebbe almeno un po’ di pace e silenzio per godersi le giornate in relax, invece pieno di bambini che fanno ****** ovunque fin dal primo mattino, così finita la colazione si ha già mal di testa. Per non parlare del traffico ogni volta che ci si metteva in auto: la strada per arrivare nelle zone principali dell’isola era talmente trafficata che si impiegava un’ora per fare poca strada. Arrivati da un hotel bellissimo in un’altra isola con una stanza memorabile, una colazione ancora di più ed una pace infinita, troviamo inaccettabile pagare quelle cifre per quella stanza insignificante, in una posizione per nulla comoda e non vogliamo rovinarci ulteriormente la vacanza. Decidiamo così invece di rimanere 6 giorni come previsto, di lasciare l’hotel in anticipo dopo solo un giorno e mezzo dal nostro arrivo, lo c

Hotel boutique súper tranquilo, limpio, camas cómodas, muy confortable,muy bien cuidado todos sus jardines ,a 100 metros de la playa , a 10’ del centro, hay q ir en auto o taxi, lugar ideal para descansar. Todo excelente, todo el personal muy atento a todo.volvería siempre!

Endroit de rêve une végétation luxuriante chambre magnifique et une immense piscine. Et vrai havre de paix pour se reposer la plage est à 5 minutes à pied avec un super bar. Petit déjeuner excellent et le personnel est au petit soin je recommande vraiment

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable but better not ask for a favour: our flight was leaving at 8 pm so we asked to stay a few hours in the swimming pool with no shower or any other service, just wait I'm there until the time to fly. They said that the only way to stay is paying 150€ for a late check out. After paying 300€/day for a bedroom they wanted us to pay 150€ more just to stay in an empty pool. Even if we have complained they said NO. Very disappointed with the management of this easy request.

That was the second time that I was going to this hotel and I'm always happy. It's a very nice place, nice flowers, nice gardens, very well maintained, quiet and clean. The staff is very attentive and takes care of us. This hotel has a big and nice swimming pool. The beach is very close and from this beach you have the most beautiful sunset of the island. Breakfast and dinner are perfect. Rooms are large and confortable. Great and perfect experience for me. I will go back as soon as I can.

I visited Yria and had a great experience. While I have noticed that there are some subpar reviews I think they may be due to the travelers not doing enough research on the property. This is a boutique property which means that it may not have some of the same things that you expect from a larger hotel. If you're looking for a small serene ambiance and a quiet relaxing vacation then this may be a good fit for you. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. The service is friendly but the resort is very quiet and somewhat removed so it may not work for travelers who are looking for something different. Yria is a special place and the right traveler will absolutely enjoy their stay if that is what they are looking for. The Pool Experience Suite is the best suite and if you stay at Yria I suggest that you book this suite for absolute peace and a gorgeous private pool. I look forward to visiting this beautiful escape from the business of life again.

Stunning grounds, helpful staff, great breakfast and pool. Highly recommend staying here. Xenia at the front desk was fantastic!!! She was so kind, patient and helpful. She really made our stay special with her recommendations.
