The overall stay was good. Very clean, newly furnished rooms.
Prompt service whenever requested.
Could have provided complimentary coffee. The ones that were provided in the room was not good.

The staff's response to a long term power outage was terrible. They had a "just deal with it" attitude. We had a full load of laundry in the washing machine which was full of water and another half dried load in the dryer. All they offered was some plastic bags.
My wife had the idea of going to another Marriot hotel to finish the laundry. They agreed to call around and found one close by.
The staff at Springfield Suites treated her like a VIP. They provided tokens for the washer and dryer, gave her dryer sheets, offered food and drink, and spent time talking with her while she was waiting.
The next morning the elevators were still out and I had to help an elderly woman get her suitcase down the steps.
These people need to take a course on customer service. Lacking big time.
We are not high maintenance people. Live off grid with solar panels and no air conditioning. This first time we have ever had a significant complaint about a hotel.
If you come to this hotel, it's beautiful, pray everything goes smoothly and if it does you will enjoy yourself. FYI, pool is being maintenanced and unavailable currently.

Bed is horrible!!!! The reception keeps calling to fix the TV despite me saying I don’t need it. Woke me up twice just to have it done! Hotel has new facade and renovated lobby. Rooms are good sized but beds are Horrible!

Upon arriving my brother was perfectly fine, we both have strong and healthy immune systems. As soon as we got here he started to feel sick and not feel well. Come to find out it was ammonia. The room we stayed in had greasy walls, random people’s hair on the floor, dirty hand towels. Every place I ever stayed in had FREE WATER. This place is greedy and non helpful and non accommodating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE DIS SERVICING PEOPLE!

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean.
Heat was very hot. There wasn’t a microwave in the room. In the morning the people above me constantly kept dropping something or bouncing a ball on the floor and it woke me up way earlier than I needed to be.

Hotel front desk staff is super nice. The issue was the construction going on outside of the hotel. Incredibly noisy and early mornings because of it. Location is great and there's free parking on site.
