Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage ! Grosses Zimmer mit Koch-Zeile! Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und lecker Einen perfekten Aufenthalt gehabt

對去芝加哥會議中心參會的人員來説，該酒店的位置及環境（直接連接會議中心）非常適合，離芝加哥華埠也近（走路15分鐘）。酒店提供的早餐也不錯。但我住的房間的淋浴設施的水温調節非常不合理，叫了維修師傅也沒能解決。早上起來參會前不能洗個熱水澡，整天無精打采的，跟前台溝通了也沒得到補償。

酒店位於Loop區，安全係數比較高。 地理位置優越，緊臨芝加哥河，遊船很方便。去各個景點都很方便，無論去華麗一公里還是千禧公園 芝加哥藝術博物館都可步行。 酒店服務尚可，不主動提供洗漱用品，但可要求前台提供。 需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. 酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。 但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。 訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。 退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服。住了無數酒店，第一次發現枕頭套上有標示枕頭的軟硬程度，非常棒。洗漱用品都是DOVE的，但不提供一次性洗漱用品，需要自己帶。一樓有機場常見的那種飲水機，但衹提供冷水，如果能提供熱水和咖啡就更好了。酒店內還有一家小商店，可以買到麪包，杯麪，飲料，小葯品等。

房間超乾淨寬敞。清潔女工人很好。前台的姑娘們超級友好，有些男士就沒那麼友善了。如果你想在房間裡做飯，可以要求提供一些鍋具，但這些鍋具用得太多了，而且有刮痕。他們的免費早餐還不錯。健身房也很棒，有一輛Peloton動感單車。總的來說，我認為這是長期住宿的好選擇。

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
