訪訪客用戶整體喜歡我的住宿。到達時有香檳供應,這很棒。從密歇根州開車經過很長時間,它受到了好評,完全爲我們體驗的住宿類型定下了基調。從2754房間的景色令人歎爲觀止。我們爲35週年的住宿提供了歡迎水果籃。
充足的特朗普水提供。位置 - 城市最佳。客房服務非常出色。接待人員完美。2754房間的景色吹走了我的期望,以後我會再次入住這裏。特朗普酒店工作人員工作做得好!
一些可以改善體驗的東西是:爲帶小廚房島嶼的房間提供2個酒吧。我們不得不在低咖啡桌上吃飯。
用浴室的正常門代替穀倉門。由於裂縫打開,隱私係數低。爲使用具的客人提供非粘鍋烹飪噴霧。從鍋中清洗雞蛋很糟糕。爲小廚房投資一些真正的洗碗布。普通的Keurig咖啡機比只濃縮咖啡更好。位置在城市中是最好的。我強烈推薦住在這裏!

BBaifaxing對去芝加哥會議中心參會的人員來説，該酒店的位置及環境（直接連接會議中心）非常適合，離芝加哥華埠也近（走路15分鐘）。酒店提供的早餐也不錯。但我住的房間的淋浴設施的水温調節非常不合理，叫了維修師傅也沒能解決。早上起來參會前不能洗個熱水澡，整天無精打采的，跟前台溝通了也沒得到補償。

訪訪客用戶Watch for parking fees when booking this hotel. They charge approx $33.00 per night for parking. That was a surprise for us when we arrived at the hotel since the parking used to be free. We were staying there for 3 nights, so it would be an additional $100 expense. The manager was able to give us a promotional code, but you have to give your info to a 3rd party vendor to get that. On top of that, the parking lot was infested with huge rats. On Friday night, we had to park farther from the hotel entrance because the parking was pretty full, and the rats were running around the parking, near the dumpster. My family and other guests were scared to walk to the entrance because of that, and there was no other way to avoid walking by the bunch of rats . It was a really bad experience.
The room was clean and spacious.

訪訪客用戶我預訂了在航班之間只住一晚,機場班車非常可靠。我希望我知道如果我要求,他們會在5號航站樓接我,但我不知道這一點就走到2號航站樓。他們的班車服務24小時,每45分鐘一班。酒店步行即可到達地鐵站,所以我快速前往市中心。我預訂這家酒店只是爲了它的位置,沒有失望。
有一點,房間不隔音。空調聲音很大,最後關機了,但是飛機噪音也挺大的,晚上能聽得很清楚隔壁情侶在做什麼。如果你和孩子一起旅行,那真的是你應該記住的事情。此外,每次隔壁的人打開他們的門,我都能聽到他們的聲音,聽起來就像他們在打開我的門。每次他們進出房間時,我都擔心我的生活。
說實話,如果你戴耳塞,那就消失了,我當時沒有。如果這不會打擾你,你會在這裏呆得很好。

訪訪客用戶酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。
但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。
訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。
退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
