訪訪客用戶地理位置特別好，在布達這邊，就在漁人堡下面， 傍晚到達入住後直接走到酒店後面就可以去漁人堡，往下走就是鏈子橋， 早餐非常豐富，各種奶酪香腸水果可選， 前台英文也很好， 酒店小而美，唯一 不足的是雙人床其實就是兩個小床拼起來的， 情侶要睡一起必須擠在同一張很小的單人床。樓下幾家葡萄牙傳統餐廳可選，價格合理。

Kkilho1995這家飯店地理位置優越，前往主要旅遊景點的交通十分便利。房間乾淨舒適，工作人員很友好，服務也很棒。早餐豐盛可口，但部分房間的隔音效果有點令人失望。總的來說，這是一次滿意的體驗，我還想再光臨。

訪訪客用戶很棒的飯店！工作人員非常友好且樂於助人。地理位置優越，位於一條主要電車線路上，靠近公車站和火車站。房間和浴室大小合適，床又大又舒服。真的很喜歡大廳裡的新鮮飲水機，可以在寒冷中回來後重新裝滿水瓶並喝杯茶。房間和大廳非常乾淨，大廳的酒吧/食品櫃檯很棒！

Purtroppo poco silenziosa la camera 105 in quanto il climatizzatore troppo rumoroso e per completare si sentiva in continuazione il rumore delle rotaie del tram situato a poca distanza, fino a mezzanotte e poi riprendeva intorno alle sei e anche se durante la giornata non stai molto in camera la sera e la mattina presto diventa insopportabile, a volte tremava pure la stanza
Ottima colazione con poco dolce per noi italiani
Cambiando camera lo consiglierei vivamente

NNam.K古いながらも趣のある建物を改修したホテルかと思われます。室内栽培の植物が中庭に溢れ、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。日を跨いでホテルに帰った際、ドアが閉まっていましたが、インターホンを鳴らすと、鍵を開けに出てきてくれました。部屋にはコーヒーと水、炭酸水がサービスで置いてあります。風呂場のシャンプーとボディソープは一緒で、トリートメントはありません。大きなホコリが落ちていた所は少し残念ではありましたが、そのようなマイナスポイントを踏まえても満足度の高いホテルでした。

飯店共有三個電源插座。
淋浴水壓充足。
飯店也提供免費行李寄放服務，這對像我這樣早上9點抵達克拉科夫、下午2點才辦理入住手續的獨自旅客來說尤其方便。
唯一的缺點是，由於酒店就在主街旁邊，尤其是在晚上，你可能會聽到人們的談話聲和車輛駛過的聲音。

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

我唯一不喜歡的就是清潔度，因為我發現桌子和水槽上有一些灰塵。
對於工作人員來說，每個人都很樂於助人、熱情好客。
早餐有點貴，但 49 茲羅提還是值得的，因為所有的食物都很新鮮、美味。如果您需要趕飛機或火車等匆忙的事情，最好早上早點吃早餐。
此外，位置非常方便。有直達 Wieliszka 鹽礦的巴士，距離市中心較遠，由於有許多電車從飯店出發，因此前往 Stare Miasto（市中心的波蘭語名稱）也很近。 😆😆
而且由於行李箱很重，我個人甚至會考慮入口處是否有樓梯。正門沒有樓梯，有 2 部電梯運作良好，無需擔心攜帶房卡鑰匙。 😁
且所給密碼容易記住，進出房間也十分方便，可以幫助您輕鬆出遊。
因此，我強烈推薦住在這裡，因為這裡對在克拉科夫旅行有很多好處。

訪訪客用戶Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
