We stayed at this hotel just for one night. We were impressed by the facilities but unfortunately very disappointed because we forgot an item and the staff told us they could not find it, which was not true.

We literally had the best experience from hotel dolphin. Nice staff, receptionist knew how to treat customers. Room was neat n clean food was also delicious.

Really value for money hotel. Excellent location and very good food quality. Breakfast buffet is really good. Room size and amenities are also great.

Verynice stay, copperative and helpful staff

I have stayed there for one night with my family. Pros-reachability, open area, cleanliness. Cons- highly expensive for a 3 star property. They charged 320 plus taxes for 2 boiled eggs. Probably they must be making their own eggs, variety in breakfast is very poor. I had booked room ***** with breakfast. However buffet breakfast was not there and most of the things were not available from the menu. One bowl of daliya was for rs 350 plus taxes and that too without any dry fruits. Verdict- not worth. You might get better hotels at this price with much better variety and reasonable price as well.

The hotel is very nice staff is well behaved and very nice i haven't faced any problem during my stay all over for a budget stay in jalandhar i will recommend this hotel.
