M1飯店

I stayed in this Hotel 15 years ago, then it was too good and breakfast was lavish. This time when I checked in on 3rd Dec(Booked through Agoda) it was the worst Hotel from Room Cleanliness to amenities. Water was leaking from taps..Washroom was not sanitised. I went to a social function and came around 12.15 am Gates were closed and no security person was available. I had to search for their phone no's and after 5 mins they opened the main entrance gate. Still manageable with little patience you can let it go. But the worst part is no hot water in the washroom not even at 8.30 am in the morning which delayed all my day meetings. Breakfast was also very limited with only 2/3 options and I ordered Omelette with Bread but they were out of stock on Bread...So this time it was blunder staying in M1.

I m pavitar singh stay at hotel m1, staff very arrogant specially reception person ac never work properly, i said to reception’s at time of check-in pls sent teeth brush and toilet paper but he didn’t sent or ignore the my words. Very bad services i think we spoil my money booked

In the room allotted to me ac was not working, again they allotted the room in which ac was not working. The sharp edge of nail observed on floor and got injury due to nail

Room are good but, service is very poor 1. Ac not working in some rooms 2. Flush not working one of the room we booked 3. Denied to provide cutlery

I have booked twin bed room but i don’t get that room, my experience is average, there is no hot water in tap, and i call housekeeping many time but they picked

Convenient location in the center pf the city. Good amenities, centralized ac, above all a friendly front desk and service staff.

This property is worst to stay. Uneducated staff. Smelly washrooms. Waste of money full.

Not aa price according property ac not properly working bed sheets no proper clean rooms are to old then watch
