We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

Our current stay at the hotel has been quite disappointing, particularly due to the absence of air conditioning. Upon check-in, the staff failed to inform us that the AC was not working. It was only when we arrived in our room that we realized the AC was non-functional, leaving us uncomfortably hot and struggling to cope with the heat. The hotel sent someone to our room, but all they did was open the window and inform us that it would take several days to fix the AC issue. In addition to the AC problem, we also encountered an unpleasant odor resembling a sewer in the elevator. This not only detracted from the overall experience but also raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. Furthermore, we found the bathroom design to be somewhat peculiar. Specifically, the presence of a half glass panel in the bathtub that is moveable struck us as odd and potentially hazardous, especially for individuals using the shower. Considering the combination of these issues, our stay at the hotel has been far from satisfactory. We believe it is important to bring these concerns to the attention of the hotel management or staff, as the lack of AC, unpleasant odors, and potentially unsafe bathroom design have significantly impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction during our stay.”

My second time at this wonderful hotel! I came here a few years ago when visiting Paris. It is well located being far enough, yet close enough to the city centre and tourist attractions of Paris. The hotel is accessible by Metro Line #1 with some express options as well (I didn't go express, but the hotel told me of the option). The Metro Station is literally a stone's throw in front of the hotel. The #1 Metro Line gets you to central Paris (The Louvre and more) in about 20-25 minutes (as of this writing: €2.15 for a single ticket - other options available for more frequent metro trips). The hotel is attached to an upscale shopping mall in a business district with many skyscrapers and another shopping mall with shops and fast-food eateries across a wide open plaza. The property & room are clean, modern and tastefully done with a super comfortable bed for a restful night. Being that it is outside the city centre, it's blessedly quiet. The hotel staff from reception/front desk to the bartenders are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ready to lend a hand to answer any questions & concerns. The breakfast buffet provides plenty of hot/cold choices for a good start to the day. Overall, I'm glad I came back to the Hilton Paris La Defense! Merci à tous!!

我們一開始預訂的是兩張單人床的房間，但是進去是一張雙人床，給我們造成不便。但是在跟前台人員交涉後，他們幫我們換了一個更好一點的房間。

The staff was so lovely and helpful. The hotel is very nice and room are comfortable. Breakfast was really nice with variety. Thanks to the reception, and all the teams. That s a good place for visiting Paris very near la defense

4 nuits dans un studio spacieux avec une cuisine bien pensée (tout y est), une literie excellente dans un environnement très propre. Rien à dire sur la salle de bains ou tout y est. Le personnel est très professionnel et répond à tout problème. Aucun souci pour se rendre sur Paris, un bus en face de l'hôtel vous amène à la Défense en 10 minutes. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Si vous venez en voiture, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking avec de vrai places, on peut se garer facilement.

這週我出差住在這家酒店。在我的第一個晚上，我在半夜醒來，感覺很癢，我能感覺到我的床單上有什麼東西。我打開燈才發現我的床和枕頭上有十幾個臭蟲。想像一下那種感覺！！！這種可怕的事情在我的頭上，我的臉和我的身體上到處都是......我拍了一些照片並錄製了一些視頻。我下樓到大堂要求換房間，他們照做了。在我與經理交談並向他展示視頻後的第二天早上。他不敢相信，說酒店是全新的。我向他展示了我臉上、脖子和手臂上的所有咬痕。他提出他們會以某種方式補償我，並表示道歉。那天晚些時候，我發現他們已經補償了我 6,000 忠誠度積分，相當於 100 歐元！我回去恭敬地告訴經理，這樣的補償似乎很荒謬。他同意並提出將其增加到我們口頭同意的數量。當我回到家時，我檢查了我的 Accor 保真度積分餘額。他們增加了賠償，但顯然沒有達到我們同意的金額。糟糕的經歷 x 2：臭蟲 + 虛假承諾。

非常可愛的小飯店，靠近地鐵站。即使是橄欖球世界杯，價格也很合理。房間和浴室雖小但一塵不染。床很舒服。我唯一的缺點是淋浴間很小。打橄欖球的家庭擠得很緊，但水力很強。早餐是歐陸式的，非常美味和新鮮。工作人員很可愛，最大的好處是可以在拐角處停車，每天 13 歐元，這是一個很大的優勢。我肯定會再次來到這裡並強烈推薦。順便說一句，路邊有一家可愛的法國餐廳……非常正宗、美味的食物和員工，叫做 Brasserie Le Flore。價格又非常合理。
