訪訪客用戶This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

訪訪客用戶我入住的是俱樂部特大床房。很高興能使用俱樂部酒廊。酒廊環境寬敞，提供美味的餐飲。鮭魚、肉類菜餚、三明治、烘焙食品、甜點和沙拉都非常出色。入住期間，俱樂部酒廊的禮賓人員給了我很多旅遊建議，我還參加了城市觀光和酒莊之旅。房間乾淨、寬敞、舒適，讓我能徹底放鬆身心。酒店員工都非常友善。我一定會再入住。

訪訪客用戶非常好！！是我感覺這趟旅途中最舒服最好的酒店了。床品特別舒服，房間很乾凈，房間光線也很好，早飯也很好。這個區域在智利市區來説應該是蠻安全的了，整個區域的環境也很乾凈有秩序，靠近超市，附近也有商場，基本每天都很多人住這邊。

MMochaguaishou風景特別好，位置也很好，樓下就是超市，公園，走5-10分鐘就是商圈。早餐豐盛，服務態度也超級好。贊贊～

訪訪客用戶地理位置優越，位於一個非常漂亮和宜人的地區，有購物中心和附近的地鐵站。現代而舒適的客房設有優質產品的浴室。工作人員非常友好，抵達時他們甚至給了我們 2 杯免費飲料。早餐很好很齊全。完全沒有什麼好批評的，強烈推薦。

GGANG位置不錯，典型的商務型酒店，離shoppingmall特別近。智利的酒店都不給免費的瓶裝水，收費的又很貴，最好去樓下的小店買大瓶裝的。

衞生環境不錯，還提供了拖鞋。
酒店早餐比較單薄，但是可以在酒店裡遠遠看到雪山真的是很不錯。

XXiaopangpang1211此次入住，屬於商務旅行，住了一晚上，樓層比較高，很安靜。在智利的東區（富人區），環境很好，在聖地亞哥最繁華的奢侈品商場邊上，交通便利，周圍各種名品，商場，超市，夜店🪩，牛排館，各國風味美食…唯一感覺欠缺的是酒店設施有點老舊，床有點偏軟，但是整體感覺還是不錯的，早餐也很豐富，各種麪包，酸奶，水果，咖啡☕️總的來説還是很滿意這次旅行🧳入住
