처음에 배정된 방이 복층 구조에 너무 작아 업그레이드를 요청하였고, 호텔 상주 직원은 아주 친절하게 업그레이드를 해주었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 라면을 끓일 물과 젓가락 오프너등 많은 것들을 제공해주었습니다.
하지만 업그레이드 된 방에 히터가 제대로 작동하지 않았으며 우풍이 너무 심하여 저녁마다 샤워기로 따뜻한 물을 틀어 공기를 데펴야했습니다. 엘레베이터도 매우 좁아 캐리어와 사람이 한명만 들어갈 수 있습니다.
위치는 쇼핑거리 근처에 있어 샹젤리제와 광장이 가까웠지만 호텔의 상태가 전반적으로 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Breakfast was the only disappointment at this property (maybe it’s a French thing). Otherwise the 6th floor room was very quiet, though it required a climb of one flight of stairs from the 2-person elevator, that only reaches the 5th floor.
Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with AC that actually worked well. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Easy walk to the Louvre, and dining/shopping.

Mycket bra hotell som låg helt okej. Vi hade ungefär lika långt till alla sevärdheter. Trånga gångar med en liten hiss men väldigt lugnt med bra personal. Lite sådär med engelska men vi hittade ett sätt att kommunicera med varandra.
Frukosten var kanske lite tråkig men till ett bra pris, skönt att kunna göra sig helt klar innan man går ut på stan.
Vi hade väldigt rent och man anpassar städning till vad som funkade bra för oss.

Chambre petite mais charmante. Robe de chambre et pantoufle très appréciées. Déjeuner délicieux de baguette, croissant, chocolatine, confitures en mini-pot, jus d'orange, yogourt, compote et en libre-service: un fromage, une viande, céréales. Personnel sympathique et aidant. Localisation parfaite entre le Louvres et les Champs-Élysées, 5min à pied du métro et du Jardin des Tuileries Resto-bar Ferdi à 2 portes ouvert 7jrs jusqu'à minuit. Autres restos dans la même rue.

Family vacation , Our stay was Excellent , the hotel is amazing , the room is beautiful ,very clean and the Ac excellent , very good location and safe and the staff very very friendly and very helpful , I lost my handbag at the Eurostar train and the gentleman at the front desk help me find it ,and helped me sending emails in French and he also spoke excellent English
We are so grateful and happy with our stay .

We were pleased with the property. Excellent price for the location. It is only a few blocks away from Place Vendome, the Tuileries Gardens, and the Louvre. The rooms were clean, and staff was great. Rooms were a little small, but that is Paris for that price. The air wasn’t turned on, so it got a little warm in the room. Other than that, it was pleasant.
