巴黎阿斯頓飯店(Hotel Aston Paris)

The rooms was tiny but it’s very well located in one street full of all kind of restaurant and the room is clean and renewed recently, but it’s around 20min walking from the bus stop of « opera » it will be a little exhausting if you have to carry the luggages and walk on the streets, and the breakfast is ver nice and staff was very friendly and helpful!

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est son point fort. Proche des Grands Boulevards et des grands magasins, du musée Grevin et de nombreuses salles de spectacles. Le quartier est très vivant et en même temps l’environnement reste calme car l’hôtel est au fond d’une impasse.

L'hôtel est calme, situé à proximité des grands boulevards et des lieux de culture (musée Grévin , grand rex, théâtre des nouveautés), nombreux restaurants dans les environs. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont nombreux : coffre fort, mini bar, cafetière SENSEO. Cependant, la literie est à revoir car pas assez ferme à mon goût et les draps étaient tâchés.

Hôtel très bien situé mais on nous avait attribué une chambre supérieure en rez de chaussée quand j’ai demandé à changer car il y avait le bruit de la pompe à chaleur , même pour une standard n’a pas plus au réceptionniste, finalement il nous a mis une chambre en étage avec 2 lits jumeaux même si je pense clairement qu’il y avait encore des chambre à grand lit, dommage car l’hôtel est très correct, son attitude a été décevante pas conforme avec la profession. Ça a été le seul bémol du séjour

No response from them. I had booked a room at your hotel. On arrival I was told there is only 3 parking spaces and they are all occupied. I specifically choose this hotel as it clearly said there is private parking provided for the guests. I drove all day, finally got to the hotel and then was informed about this. I had to get back in the busy traffic and ended up paying €35 on the parking. I am very disappointed especially after having 100 euros being put on hold by the hotel despites also paying for the room, without my knowledge. And this amount will apparently be hold until after I leave which is something I have never hear of being done before despite having experience working in hospitality. I feel like this is false advertising on the behalf of the hotel saying they have private parking when in reality there is only 3 spots available, without at least receiving an email informing me that the spots are already occupied. I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify this situation. Kind regards,

Hotel situé à proximité des Grands Boulevards, de ses commodités et cependant très calme. Chambre confortable bien qu'exiguë et d'une propreté exemplaire. Personnel agréable et efficace, attentif à nos questions et à nos besoins.

Hôtel calme et agréable avec un bon accueil. Dans un quartier jeune et sympa. Les chambres sont bien et propres peut être à rafraîchir un peu mais tout de même très agréables. La douche est un peu étroite, mais tout est très fonctionnel.

Nous avons réservé 4 chambres pour 10 nuits consécutives. Emplacement parfait. Chambres petites mais chaleureuses et propres. Internet OK Les petits-déjeuners étaient parfaits dans un décor hors du commun :). Si nous retournons à Paris, il est fort probable que nous retournions à cet hôtel.
