Séjour agréable mais désolé de dire que cela ne représente un vrai 5 étoiles.
Portier désagréable à qui on arrache un bonjour à demi mot. Dommage
Chambre spacieuse mais présenté avec un supplément de 80 euros pour une vue sur la Tour Effel. Effectivement on la voit dans un coin de la fenêtre mais 80 % de la vue portait sur un immense panneau publicitaire couvrant un bout de façade du Louvre. Petits déjeuner hors de prix

カーテンが1枚だけでレースのカーテンがなかったので着替えるたびにカーテンを閉めて嫌だった。レースのないカーテンは初めて、しかも一泊15万円もするスイートルームで。しかもエアコン消しても機械音がうるさく耳栓が必需品。トイレのパウダールームは下水のにおいがして臭かった。場所はいいのだけど。

Very old lady, this place is more than 125 years and in need of repairs better yet knock it down and build a new one, it’s roach infected very old and discomfort beds and very tiny rooms. To top it off I send a brand new polo men’s shirt to the dry cleaners and they ruin my shirt. I have been to Paris more than 20 times as a Government employee and this has been the worse place o ever stay in the city of lights.
PS. The breakfast at the restaurant sucks

love the property service is nice. except the restaurant , they truly make fun of the tourists , they obviously have no real chef and it seems it is supermarket prepared food they warm up. but the deco is great. they should have a look at their chef

The hotel needs some upgrading. The staff is overly helpful, sometimes too much.
The air conditioning is virtually nonexistent!
This is a very upscale hotel but not necessarily a choice I would make again.

Hotel building is very old so you can here people talking from the next room.
Wood floor make sound when you walk around the room.
Employees are very not friendly
Never smile to the guest!
My family stayed there 4nights with 2 rooms but had not great experiences. Will never come back this hotel!!

Regina is a beautiful French hotel with art nouveau touches and ambiance. Located by the Louvre, the view of the Tuileries, Eiffel Tower, Christmas Market is unmatched. The closet and bathroom are luxurious with heated towel rack and wonderful toiletries. The two minor criticisms would be the ultra hardness of the mattress and the limited room service menu (especially when leaving early in the am to the airport.) All in all, a wonderful and delightful accommodation!

The Regina is a beautiful hotel, with style and grace. The hotel's features from the dining room, with a fireplace to the comfortable bedroom, were unique to Paris. The extra benefit was being across from the Lourve and the walkability to many surrounding areas.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge team. Our breakfast was always delicious and the staff was gracious and welcoming, especially Monsuire Denis.
We will stay at the Hotel Regina next time we are in Paris.
