乾淨衞生，位置絕佳，距離主要景點-羅浮宮，僅需步行10分鐘。絕對的市中心地區，安全是第一位的。店員的服務很熱心，有獨立安全的行李寄存空間。特別感謝PATRICIA熱情、專業的服務，還幫忙叫了出租車 感恩每一位朋友。

房間很細，但是地理位置算是比較好，去很多旅遊景點都是步行15分鐘左右，而且樓下reception很好，有影印服務，但是這個價錢太貴了

O staff é excelente, principalmente o Pedro e a Patrícia. Mas todos são muito atenciosos.
Roupa de cama de ótima qualidade, cama confortável.
Localização nota 10. Mas o quarto superior é tão pequeno que não tem como abrir a mala, exceto se colocar sobre a cama. Nunca fique no quarto clássico que é com final 02. Este não dá nem para abrir mala de mão.
Café da manhã é simples mas de boa qualidade.

Cet établissement est vraiment formidable situé au calme avec notre chambre qui donnait sur une rue parallèle au boulevard de Saint Germain des Prés.
Toute l’équipe est disponible, elle fera tout pour vous satisfaire! Petit déjeuner irréprochable.
Un grand merci au veilleur de nuit pour sa disponibilité.
Si nous revenons à Paris, nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.

We did not get 4 start hotel services, unfortunately! We stayed there for 8 nights and housekeeping was missing something always, either shower hats, towels, tea begs, etc. I’m ne day, after we came to our suite after long day at Louvre museum, our suite was not cleaned and bed was not made. When we asked the reason they didn’t provide! Breakfast was good, and service was pleasant, interiors were very french country, beautiful, and the location of the hotel was superb!!!! We didn’t get 4 star housekeeping and concierge services though!!’

The property was ok but the service was subpar. The front desk was unhelpful, particularly Patricia, sometimes bordering on rude. Also unhelpful with bookings etc; no real concierge. There was loud drilling in the mornings. If you need to blow dry your hair, bring a drier. The drier is absolutely terrible and doesn’t dry.

Great location! Easy and walkable to so many sites and restaurants. I love how this area and arrondissement is generally quieter than some of the more touristy areas yet it’s walkable to the tourist attractions or an easy metro ride away. The rooms are small but I understand most of Paris rooms are very small. The most important things were that the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Wonderful and friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable.

Um hotel sensacional no coração de St Germain, com varios restaurantes e a facilidade das linhas de metrô bem perto. O café da manhã é simplesmente divino. A equipe de atendimento do hotel não poderia ser mais que especial: Pedro, Michel, Patricia, Rai, Anna, o nosso muito obrigado pela acolhida.
