罪人巴黎飯店(Sinner Paris)

My go-to hotel in Paris. Excellent location. Excellent service. Nice but small room. Wish they had a gym.

Horrível. Desastroso. Marquei uma massagem no dia em que cheguei, para as 18hs. A massagista chegou 18:30, e ninguém sequer me telefonou pra dizer nada. Dia seguinte, pedi o serviço de unpacking e perguntei o valor. Pediram pra eu estar no quarto e enviaram uma pessoa que pode ser ótimo profissional para qualquer função como manutenção de banheiro ou canos, mas a pessoa sequer fala inglês para fazer um unpacking durante uma semana de moda em Paris. No outro dia saí às 10 da manhã e retornei às 16hs com uma surpresa: a única coisa arrumada era a cama. O quarto estava uma enorme bagunça, do jeito que eu deixei: roupas espalhadas, sacolas de compras, pelos dias apressados durante uma semana corrida, semana de moda. Reclamei: e o tal “hotel 5 estrelas”, com um “conceito original” alegou que não tocou em pertences de outros hóspedes. Hahahahaha. É como cobrar por um jantar e levar um prato vazio. Mais tarde chamei o gerente SIMON, um grande incompetente, e ele foi ao quarto. Eu contextualizei, dizendo que sou hóspedes dos melhores hotéis que existem. E que dentro de uma categoria “5 estrelas” coisas precisam ser mais formais. E ele, PASMEN, me perguntou: “O QUE VOCÊ QUER DE MIM?”. O gerente, na minha cara perguntou isso. Esse cidadão fez essa pergunta, comigo sentado na cama, conversando formalmente. Nessa hora eu disse “Nada. Quero o serviço da categoria que a oferta me vendeu”. Mostrei os erros, como a pia revirada e ele “amanhã é o seu checkout, faça uma boa viagem”. Nada pode ser pior. Mais a noite, um tal de Pierre, que se diz diretor, veio com ar paterno me abordar no corredor e disse que iria cuidar de mim pessoalmente. Não confiei, e não aceitei a abordagem.

Our stay at Sinner did not live up to expectations unfortunately. The air conditioner in our room did not work for the first day and a half of our stay and Sinner did not really acknowledge or take responsibility. They blamed it on us having the heated floors of the bathroom on. Having the bathroom floors heated setting on should have absolutely no effect on the performance of the air conditioning in the room. They have nothing to do with one another but that is what we were told by Sinner staff. We were not even offered a water bottle to help us keep cool during the time our air was not working. At Sinner we paid 5 star prices but did not get 5 star accommodations nor service. I would not recommend a stay here as there are plenty of other options in Paris at the same price point with better service and accommodations.

Our stay at Sinner hotel started off on a bad note with our air conditioner. We checked into our room and it was filled with hot and stale air like the air conditioner had not been running for a couple of hours. We thought no big deal we will turn it down and when we return from dinner it will have cooled down. Unfortunately when we returned from dinner the air had not cooled the room at all compared to when we checked in. We were a little concerned at that point and decided to turn it down a bit more to see if that would make a difference and try to get some sleep. In the middle of the night we wake up in hot sweats and request the front desk to send someone to check out the air. The gentleman that was sent stated our air was working fine and that the temperature of the room was marking 68 Fahrenheit according to the front desk computer which was absolutely not true. The gentleman said to give it a few hours to cool which an air conditioner for a 5 star hotel should not take hours to cool. We spent the entire first night and following morning in a hot boxed room of stale air with no circulation whatsoever. Do you think Sinner even offered a water bottle for the inconvenience of paying nearly $1000 a night to sleep with no air conditioning? Nope! They ended up fixing whatever the problem was the following day in the afternoon and when we came back to the room it was explained to us that the heated floors in the bathroom were turned on and that is what was not letting the air cool which one should have nothing to do with the other. If i want to heat my bathroom floor and have my air work it should. Pretty horrible experience to have for such a nice hotel and the response to the problem was even worse.

If you're looking for a hotel that oozes with coolness, this is it! The rooms are totally incredible, with attention to every little design detail that makes them feel like a work of art. The church meets sinner theme adds a unique touch that we absolutely loved. And the neighborhood? And maybe Paris' coolest hotel bar. Amazing. It's filled with great shops, bars, and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. - our favorite Paris hotel So, like, let's be real - while the inside of this hotel is pretty dope, we couldn't help but feel kinda meh about the hotel exterior - but that's a picky detail.

Отель в прикольной тематике, но совершенно не оправдывает стоимость, обслуживание на пофиг, два раза просили принести утюг и его просто не принесли, белье меняют частями, косметика в ванной тупо ноунейм, нет не наборов для бритья, нет зубных щеток, нет ничего ровным счетом. Внимательно проверяйте чеки выезде, пытаются обмануть . Отдельная песня это завтрак, просто перепробовал разны виды омлета и яичницы, просто невкусно и очень бедная подача. Подумайте пять раз прежде чем платить за 3 звезды как за 5 звезд.

Stayed for several days, enjoyed. Seem to be a fresh and new hotel-lovely decorations, pretty attentive staff, good location. Every weekend they seem to throw a party at the lobby and bar\restaurant space - was pretty weird but cool. It’s pretty rare to have SO MANY amenities and options fro sale in the room - loved it! Breakfast was ok, but we decided to search for breakfast somewhere in the city the other days. I guess its especially suitable for couples or friends looking for a fun times
