Le personnel est attentif et à l’écoute . La localisation permet de profiter pleinement de Paris , entre balades et découvertes culturelles .

Petit hôtel de charme en plein cœur de l’île saint Louis. Personnel adorable, sympathique et à disposition pour vous servir au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Les métros sont à proximité et le quartier est top. Petit déjeuner copieux dans une petite salle voûtée, mignonne comme tout.

Bellissimo soggiorno sull'Ile Saint Louis cuore di Parigi. La camera era curata in ogni particolare, ottima colazione, prezzo super conveniente. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto cortesi fin dalla prenotazione e ci hanno dato molte informazioni. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Booked two rooms, prepaid, at the St Louis hotel a few days before the Olympics. While the hotel itself seemed nice they should not have had it available for booking at that time. The streets were closed off with armed guards and you needed a QR code scanned by the guards to get anywhere near the hotel. We booked same day so it is not possible the hotel did not know this difficulty. At midnight we stood on the street with our kids and pleaded with the guards to let us near the hotel area as we had no where else to sleep. The guards called the hotel to see if they could come get us with a QR code to let us in and the hotel refused to do so, even though it was 100 meters away. That night I sent an email to the manager and HR manager with no response. Later my husband spoke to the manager and asked for a refund. He offered to "split it with us" and when we refused said he had "housekeepers to pay" and "take it up with our bank". While this was a stressful time for Parisians and businesses in the city (you can read it in the news), they say ones true nature is shown in times of stress. An English family walked by us and as I explained the situation and said "this wouldn't happen in the US", she said "it shouldn't happen anywhere". Its true. I would advise all Americans and others accustomed to good customer service to stay elsewhere. There was no humanity with these people.

Nel marasma di Parigi un piccolo hotel di sole 20 stanze nel cuore dell'Isle Saint Louis, avevamo la camera all'ultimo piano, mansardata con un micro terrazzino con vista sui tetti. Stanza piccola ma piacevole e confortevole. La colazione è al piano interrato in una "cave" con pochi tavoli e tutto l'occorrente per una colazione continentale, con prodotti da forno freschi e gustosi. Prezzo per la mansarda 315 euro BB al giorno, non proprio economico, ma siamo a Parigi... Consigliato.

When we checked in we were told by the lady at check-in that we did not have breakfast included with our room which I thought was a mistake because I thought I booked with breakfast. Therefore every morning we walked down the street and got a croissant and coffee and did not eat at the hotel. At check-out the gentleman insisted that we ate breakfast with them every day because we had booked it that way I tried to explain to him what we were told at check in and that we did not eat breakfast anyway it turned into a battle / embarrassing battle in The lobby. He kept saying it’s in our computer you eat breakfast although they don’t check anyone to see if they ate breakfast they had no way of keeping up with who eats breakfast and who doesn’t and I insisted that he discuss this with his employee who had given us misinformation and he refused in the end I ended up paying for something I did not receive I have to say I traveled all over France for three weeks the only place I found for where people were unfriendly rude nonsmiling nonhelpful were the Parisians and it’s really funny because when I was in Lyon that’s the way they referred to the Parisians I think they understand the bad name France gets is from The Parisians!! Unless you want problems I would stay at a different hotel.
