白兔子飯店(Hotel le Lapin Blanc)

This hotel is good. The front office lady, Linh, helped me a lot. She knew that I had lots of luggages and allowed me to check in earlier. She also offered different options to me when I couldn’t pay cards. She is so kind that she always put customer first and resolve problems of customers. I will be back to stay in this hotel because of this. In my staying I felt very delighted and satisfied in the end. Thanks for your great service

팡테옹과 대학가 근처라서 주변이 안전하고 주요 관광지와 가깝습니다. 와이파이를 개인 고유 아이디와 패스워드로 줍니다. 어메니티는 눅스였고 전반적으로 깨끗한 편이었지만 객실과 엘리베이터가 좁아서 캐리어가 2개인 저희는 불편했습니다. 그런 측면에서 가성비가 좋은 지는 잘 모르겠네요.

Très bien situé, au cœur de Paris, à proximité de nombreuses lignes de métro/RER, l’hôtel est joliment rénové et décoré. La chambre Supérieure est belle, spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle (avec une baignoire XXL!). Les prestations offertes sont satisfaisantes, le personnel disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais correct. Les commerces et restaurants à proximité sont innombrables. J’ai passé un agréable séjour ! Un bémol toutefois : la literie, médiocre, avec un matelas trop mou et déformé (sans surmatelas), et des oreillers assez inconfortables.

I am not sure how this property is considered a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star (3 at best). The room was not properly cleaned (hair on bed, trash under bed), and it was poorly maintained (stained and ripped carpet, dirty grout in shower and rusted shower door). The hotel elevator is tiny and the lobby and stairs up are dingy. We originally planned to stay 3 nights but checked out early after only 1 because there were so many issues. Unfortunately, I didnt get any discount or refund on the night that I spend. The reasoning from the manager was because I slept the night there. However, the hotel is deserted at night with just 1 junior staff member (his second day on the job) who unfortunately did not speak english, so there was no way for me to even leave that night. At least I was able to check-out early and was not charged for the 2 days I did not stay. I went to the hotel grand st michel a block away. It was SIGNIFICANTLY nicer for the same price.

ホテル写真ある様にバスタブがシャワー室ではなく、部屋にあるので若い人向けかも。リネンの準備ができていない日もあり。値段相応と感じた。 バス、電車等の交通機関は徒歩圏内にあり利便性よい立地。

L’hotel est en renovation. Les font enormement de bruit, il y a des plastiques au sol partout dans l’hotel… Pas d’eau chaude le matin pour prendre une douche ! Cependanr, la chambre renovee est très jolie et confortable. A revoir lorsque les travaix seront termines

오페라 근처에서 숙박 후, 이 호텔로 옮겼는데, 오페라 근처도 좋다고 생각했으나, 관광객 입장에서 위치적으로 오페라 근처보다 훨씬 좋았음. 안전성, 관광지와의 거리 등.. 흠잡을 곳이 없음. 특히 모든 직원들이 친절하고 다정함. 싱글룸을 1박에 약 39만원 지불한 셈이라 좀 비싸다 생각했는데, 가격이 비싼 이유가 있음.

8泊しました。周辺にファストフード店とスーパーがあるため物価の高いパリではとても重宝します。センスの良いインテリアと内装のため心地よい体験ができます。スタッフさんにタクシーを呼んでもらう伝達がうまくできなかったので申しわけなく思います。敷居の低いフレンドリーな対応に感謝します。
