도착해서부터 직원분들의 섬세한 서비스와 체크인시 하얏트 맴버로서 받은 해택에 매우 행복한 경험이었습니다. 객실은 디럭스 킹 객실에서 2박을 머물렀으며 매우 편안한 베딩과 넓고 쾌적한 화장실, 독립적인 드레스룸을 갖추고 있어 편안하게 투숙하였습니다. Palace등급으로 확실하게 다른 호텔에서 경험할 수 없는 환대를 받을 수 있어 좋았습니다.

Unparalleled hospitality. Had booked 2 connecting rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids ages 1,6,8. A family Room ready upon arrival (around noon). Room setup was thoughtful and above and beyond expectations. They had set up a changing pad, potty, bottle warmer, crib, a stuffy and toiletries for the baby. Older kids had treats and activities books along w champagne for us. Service was excellent throughout the stay. Things couldn’t have been more perfect. They really go above and beyond and it shows. Will definitely stay here again.

Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome is a wonderful experience characterized by a warm, welcoming, efficient and professional staff; unique sculptures and art in every room and public space; white orchids everywhere, including the rooms; a fragrant yet understated aroma throughout the hotel; delicious, healthy, generous buffet breakfast; cozy places to sit near a fireplace to dine or have drinks; beautiful outdoor terrace for dining or drinks; and an overall ambiance of every detail considered to perfection.

My wife and I stayed at the Parc Vendome for her birthday weekend. The stay was generally excellent - lovely hotel, terrific location, top service and a great bar/restaurant area to enjoy and meet friends - but what made it special was the great assistance, pre-stay, of the concierge desk in planning exhibits and restaurants to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, taking full advantage of Paris and seeing amazing exhibitions while avoiding lengthy lines. Thank you!

Chloe and Celic have been extremely helpful in my honeymoon stay. Although it was short (2 nights) I was greeted warmly aby the front. Unfortunately I did not get his name as I was upset right before from being scammed in a Taxi ride but he was also instrumental in the service here. We were walked to our room and upgraded with a balloon, a bottle of champagne and a desert waiting for us. Everyone at this hotel really knows service and the rooms were very nice with blackout curtains and a traveling package waiting with all the essentials needed. The location was in the diamond/luxury district which was always a point of conversation and maybe a little uncomfortable in cabs however the service will definitely have me back.
